I called from FL their listed phone #, and Michael, the manager, answered. Needed some documents sent to a FL branch, he had them to a FL branch in like 5 min. I have never been inside the branch but it is hard to believe the reviews accurately reflect their service. Thanks for the prompt and courteous service.

It is a very good place, I recommend it for all Latinos. Mr. Kevin Almodóvar is an excellent person, very kind and he solves your problems and clarifies all your doubts. I had many problems with other Regions branches but here they solved them in a friendly and respectful way.
