I went to redwing, on Michigan rd in Carmel, In, to have some boots Stretched. I thought it would cost money but “ triple fit expert” Jilliane informed me that any redwing boot, no matter where they were purchased, they would take care of stretching and other care needs for free. That right there made me a redwing customer prob for life. But then, jill and I were talking and I told her I needed work duty boots, but that I hated the boot trying on and fitting process. Jill showed me their foot analysis machine and it was amazing the details of my feet and how different they were. Jill then walked me through some ideas of what boot would benefit me for work, and then work with me to try on the proper boot sized. I quickly found a pair I liked and fit good. I left that store with another great pair of boots and I didn’t have to take several days of walking, only inside the house, to figure if a pair of boots fit right. I also learned that redwing gives you a 60 day return policy, within reason, even if you wear your new boots outside. That’s huge, to be able to actually try the new boots in the environment you need.For now on, I will prob only go to the redwing store in Carmel and only work with Jilliane. The staff was very respectful and took theire time trying to find me the right boot and the right fit. I was there for about an hour. We found the right boot.

Excellent in everything. The lady was very kind. First he Made few questions to see what She can offer... AND later she offer me diferentes options. I choose one. And when i Made muy choose... I liked a safety shows. So i asked for cleaning kit... She offer me kit no. 5. And she Let me know... If you prefer... We can clean your shoes for free...every 2-3 months... You leave them in the atore for overnight. And next day we call you to pick them up. I liked so much this option. I really like it. I offer 100/100. Excellent!!!!!

Well it was my first time at the store, shopping for a pair of shoes for my new job.From the moment I walked in they, sorry I don't remember the names, they were very customer friendly.Had me step on a machine to check what type of shoe would fit me best.There were 3 styles of shoes that were brought out.Took my time trying each pair on and the sales person explained everything about each pair.Finally I picked one.Also purchased a pair of Orthotics.
