I was greeted at the door with a smile and my Phlebotomist was great! She discerned I would need a "butterfly" needle and it took one stick only! I was out of the clinic in no time, which made for a pleasant start to my day! Your team is always fun to go to! I will remain at this location for all my blood draws. I've been very happy with this office for the past 3 years! Keep up the excellent work! Love all your Phlebotomists & their professionalism.

I am a very hard stick. Having had breast cancer three times, I am terrified of needles, vaso vagal, my veins roll and I only have one arm accessible because of having lymph nodes removed on the left. I can pass out and my blood pressure can drop…not a fun patient for a tech. Today I had to have blood drawn for my yearly physical and I made an appointment at the Quest Lab that is inside the Carmel St, Vincent building on Meridian. I was so blessed to have Nisha S.as my phlebotomist. She was kind, patient and did not her me AT ALL. She was pleasant and had a very calming demeanor that helped me so much. I cannot say enough good about her! I highly recommend anyone who struggles with getting blood drawn to go to this location and ask for her. THANK YOU Nisha!

I was a walk in and the process moved smoothly. My phlebotomist was great! I have been a hard stick in the past but she found the vein right away and I barely felt anything. She had a great and welcoming personality. A very positive experience!

Easily arranged my appointment date and time online. Quest at St V in Carmel is clean and super-efficient. Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in, and was on my way home 15 minutes later.

I was in there today and I had a great experience with Judy. I was compelled to leave a review after visiting today. Judy was so kind, sweet, and funny. I do not like blood and needles and have fainted before. She definitely put me at ease

Excellent experience! Prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. This location inside St. Vincent Carmel is my favorite because the staff are all rockstars and absolutely fantastic! :-)
