    I was a walk in and the process moved smoothly. My phlebotomist was great! I have been a hard stick in the past but she found the vein right away and I barely felt anything. She had a great and welcoming personality. A very positive experience!

    Easily arranged my appointment date and time online. Quest at St V in Carmel is clean and super-efficient. Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in, and was on my way home 15 minutes later.
