Today I discovered Carmel's top notch Compound Pharmacies, Pure Pharmacy. Compound Pharmacies have been around for years, however this one definitely shines bright for the consumer. You doctor can hand tailor your health needs and they can fill the Rx. When I first rolled into the parking lot, there were about 25 different people coming and going. Must be popular! After visiting, I can see why. Weight loss, now, during and after the Holidays! Blessings

Order was placed on October 22. On Oct 29th I called pure pharmacy and was told that the they had “not started on that prescription”. Now I’m looking at another week to receive.
Pure Pharmacy, you need to up their game, competition is out to steal your customers.

Pure Pharmacy is the cleanest, most organized pharmacy I've ever been to! They ALWAYS NOTIFY YOU PROMPTLY, call if they have questions, and immediately fill what your doctor prescribes! I am SO HAPPY with them and DRIVE 20 minutes to go there. HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED! Their pharmacy techs are all VERY kind, HELPFUL, and answer ANY QUESTIONS! Plus they SMILE!!!!!! Love it!

I’ve tried to give them so many chances to make it easier to get compounded medications but I’m failed every time. I have a lot of allergies and can’t get normal medications so unfortunately I have to get them compounded. I’m told different things by different technicians and all of it is confusing. I try to follow up about prescriptions and I’m told they’ll be sent the next day (day 7 of waiting) and they aren’t sent. I pay for two day shipping and meds arrive 4-5 days. Half the time I don’t even get tracking information like they say they’ll send. I’m trying so hard to be on top of my mediations and they make it so difficult. And I suffer waiting.

I’m confused why there is any bad reviews for this pharmacy. Not only were they incredibly nice, fast, and helpful on the phone, but they had my prescription ready super fast and it sent me a text when it was ready. When I came in to pick it up they were so kind and welcoming. They made sure all my questions were answered too. Not to mention, they were able to get my prescription down to 98% CHEAPER than my standard pharmacy. Don’t hesitate to come here, you won’t regret it!
