Wonderful staff! This place is a breath of fresh air compared to the last few schools we were at. Our children genuinely enjoy going here and love talking about what they've learned each day. It's nice to see how they really care about the well being and development of all of their students.

For $2,000 a month, this place better get 5 stars all around, not to mention the $1,000 deposit. A lot of places are education-based and cost half this amount, but hey, supply and demand right. Thanks for your service, Primrose, lol. Edit: Primrose was the only place I found without a waitlist.

Primrose School of Carmel lovingly cared for our children for almost 8 years. Our three kids each started there at 3 months of age and continued through Pre-School. We left our children at Primrose knowing they would be safe and well cared for and picked them up tired and happy. We have been so pleased with the education they received, the life lessons learned, and the relationships made with teachers and classmates. The teachers truly knew our children, letting us know when one was having feeding issues as an infant and when another was having behavioral issues as a preschooler, enabling us with information to get the care they needed. We trusted Mr. Scott, Miss Nicole, and all the teachers and staff greatly, and highly recommend Primrose School of Carmel to those looking for childcare or early education.

As a first time mom, I was extremely nervous/anxious to send my baby to daycare when I went back to work. Primrose has exceeded all of my expectations. The parent orientation was extremely helpful in preparing me for what to expect, what to bring to daycare each day, their policies, logistics, etc. The teachers and front office staff go above and beyond. Being a first time mom, they were super helpful in advising me when they thought she was ready to start having their breakfast there (as opposed to just bottles). They use the Procare app which updates me during the day whenever she eats, has a diaper change, naps, etc. The precautions they have put in place for COVID are top of the line and make me feel very comfortable as a parent (who was in a complete bubble for 8 months). The level of care they provide is just extraordinary: applying Aquafor to her chapped chin, advising the need of diaper cream for the first time she really needed it, etc. I truly feel like they care for my child as if she were their own. On top of the quality of care, she has also learned so much since being enrolled, in which every day's lesson is shared with me at the end of the day (email summary). If you're considering childcare, you will not regret sending your kids here!

Wonderful school for my preschool son! The program is fun, educational and uplifting with a good balance of academics, socialization and play. The teachers and other staff are happy, positive and care about the kids and parents.

It is the best preschool I ever experienced. Their staffs are friendly and communicative.Allison and another person(Sorry not remembering her name) at the front desk are very professional and friendly. They greet every time we come in the school and you can feel energetic and warm environment when you walk in.My son's teachers are nice and always active with kids.They greet my son to welcome him in the classroom every mornings and they talk to me and my husband, keep us informed with everything.They truly care little ones and also parents.

Child-Teacher Ratio is great!Activities for children are always very well planned, facility is neat and tidy. They always go an extra mile for the children.It is a great child development center with super caring and friendly teachers and managers. Children are always kept busy and active. I definitely recommend Primrose School of Carmel! Wonderful facility, staff and managers! Great place to work too!
