3rd year and going strong. My girl gets excited about her class, seeing her friends, no morning tears, teachers are always hugging kids. If there is spare time, my kid comes home with a new hairstyle and then will not let anyone touch it all day. ? Its not just a school but kids also get extra love somewhat like home. Ms Lisa is very responsive to emails or phone calls. She will listen to concerns and genuinely makes an effort to fix things. Thank you primrose. Expect to stay around for another 2+ years.

We have had the best experience at Primrose for our infant and three year old. All of the staff has made us feel welcome from day one! They do a great job of getting to know families and communicating and changes which so so appreciative. The teachers are phenomenal and I feel like my kids are getting the TLC I hope for each day when I leave. They are also extremely on top of following regulations with child ratios! We love Primrose West Carmel!

From the moment we stepped through those doors we’ve felt at home! Primrose has been the most amazing ‘upgrade’ to our children’s education (parental sanity included) and we’re just so thankful to have found them after an exhausting search following our move from California.After experiencing a life changing diagnosis a the time of enrollment, we quickly learned how much the entire team at Primrose truly cares about each child. There hasn’t been a day where we wonder if the children are having fun or being loved!The app is wonderful and allows us to see what each child might be doing in their class or how they enjoyed meals. It has been a great way to quickly communicate updates on the fly as well. We’ve also really enjoyed having options for extra-curriculum classes, like Crouching Tigers and Silly Hearts Yoga, available during the day and on premise as this helps keep our schedules flexible during the week while giving the children something additional to look forward to.We’d truly be lost without Primrose and feel fortunate to be part of such a warm and inclusive school. Thank you Primrose West Carmel for all you do, you’re the real heroes here!

We can't say enough good things about Primrose School at West Carmel. The teachers and administrative staff are wonderful. They all care about our kiddos. Everyone is available for communication and reaches out immediately if there is anything that needs to be discussed. We've had 2 kiddos enrolled at this location (Pre-K and Infant rooms). We highly recommend Primrose School at West Carmel.

Everyone on staff does an exceptional job caring for the children and communicating with parents. We always receive a warm welcome every time we enter the building, and our daughter is always excited to see her teachers and friends. It’s a wonderful environment, and the outstanding care and curriculum make it easy to entrust our child to this school.

We are so grateful we found Primrose at West Carmel! From day 1 we felt such comfort and safety with our 5 month old starting in the infant room. The director, admin staff and teachers are all so caring and we knew they truly wanted to best for our baby. Trusting your childcare provider is the biggest concern when returning to work and I’m very grateful they made the process so easy and comfortable. The school continues to help our now toddler hit milestones through their excellent curriculum. We love Primrose at West Carmel!

I worked for primrose for several years. I have been in the childcare industry for some time up until a couple years ago. This primrose is by far one of the best I have worked for. They follow state regulations and are very accommodating to their staff and the families who attend. When asked I always recommend one of Julie and Bryan Bowmans schools!

They violated the state law to put 20+ 3yr old in one big classroom with 1 teacher. The director pulled my kid out of school because her school was under staffed and my kid needed a bit extra attention because that was her 3rd day in the school. They had 0 patience or professionalism towards kids who need a bit more attention regardless it is your 3 yr old toddler first time being at school. Absolutely disappointing!They are discriminative. They don't welcome diversity.The director was rude and unprofessional. They treated my 3 yr old badly. Within less than 3 days they diagnosed her some symptoms that her own pediatrician didn't do.They violated the school rules that the 3 yr toddlers can't go to play the big playground multiple times when we went to pick up the kid where she was hanging out at the place she could get hurt.This place was dirty. My daughter got bit by bugs on the 2nd day.Primrose may be good, but not this school.

We joined the Primrose West Carmel family nearly 2 years ago when we moved to Indiana. With multiple kiddos moving through the school, we have been so impressed with the consistency in care and approach at every stage. The staff is phenomenal and have been exceptional at communicating with me my children’s progress (and the fun stories of the day). The kiddos are so loved and truly look forward to going to school. The curriculum has them thriving. The administration and staff have done a fantastic job of keeping our kiddos safe during the pandemic, as well. I am so grateful to our Primrose family for the peace of mind they provide this working mama.

Our son attends preschool 2 at Primrose School. He loves his teachers and his friends there and is always happy to go to school, which is such a relief for us. We appreciate all the work that his teachers do and have noticed he has become more independent and communicative since he joined the school in June. We also appreciate the daily reports of his activities which give us a glimpse of what he's doing and learning every day. The school is very clean and organized and the building is modern. It hasn't been easy sending him during the pandemic but the administration has been so diligent at applying safety protocols and trying their best to keep our kids safe. We love Primrose and are so thankful for them especially during these times!

We love Primrose! Our daughter started in the infant room in August, so we've only known the school with covid policies in place. They've done a great job with communication and making us feel comfortable and safe. They also do a wonderful job with timeline updates of daily activities (bottles, diaper changes, naps, playtime, etc.), and as a first time mom I am SO thankful for that!!
