I went into the location other than my most preferred to get a replacement card as I seem to have loss my debit card. The greeter was polite but the man trying to help me with getting a new card KNOWS their card printing machine is not working and proceed to create two or more new debit cards.If you know that important equipment is broken, why hasnt an IT it tech person come out and actually work on it. I'm glad he had the common sense to not cancel my losses card in favor for a replacement card that hasn't print otherwise I would of went to my preferred bank, pulled my money and go to another bank.GET YOYR EQUIPMENT FIX AND MAINTAIN IT.

This location is worthless. They are rude and can't open up a business account. PNC is just needs to figure out what customer service means because they are clueless.

The ATM is the usual stop but when I have to go in,I've always been able to step right up and get what I need.

I was calling to see if they offer cash-out refinancing. First it took me 10 min to navigate their automated phone system until I got a live person. She immediately ask me for my ssn. I told her that I first wanted to know if they offer cash-out refinancing. She asked me if that was some sorta Auto loan. I in turn ask if I had reached the mortgage department and she hung up on me. Nice customer service PNC.

I received some checks today after 5:00 so I went to the atm and deposited them. It took me less than 5 minutes and I was off to other business.

Wow! It took an 1hr 10 mins to open up a 4th account with PNC. My wife had an appointment with the manager Michelle but gave my wife to a new guy that didn’t know what he was doing. Not good customer service on PNC part. We need the Westfield branch to open back up!!

Terribly slow in the drive thru. 10 minutes per car! I dont even think the lobby is open and it takes the drive thru this long? What a joke.

Customer service is rude when you walk in to the branch at a certain time. This woman looks like she's having a bad day it doesn't mean you have to put on customers, wrong attitude!!!!!
