I called them needing a letter and asked if they are open until 7 pm today since the weather was bad and they said yes. When I went there around 6 pm, they are closed already. Least they could have told me we are closing early and it would saved me a trip in this weather.

They helped so much when i had my wallet stolen and were able to get me a new account, a new debit card, open an investigation on my old account, get back all of my money, and close that account when the investigation was over. Nick has been an absolute blessing in anything we need help with!!!

This PNC branch is completely useless. Went in to have a new debit card made as my old one had been compromised. The girl at the call center said this one would be able to do it. Well, the man who helped me couldn't figure out how to do it and to make matters better I now don't have the same Virtual Wallet account that I had when I walked in. Now I'm left two days before the holiday and leaving town for vacation with no debit card and no way to get one until the end of the week.
