Switching groomers was nerve racking, but the staff is awesome, great communication, and Markie does an amazing job!! They even helped our pup with his skin allergies. “This was an amazing place I've never been such a good place for pets especially cats The owner and his staff have created a wonderful environment for adopting and taking care of cats I'm so happy with the adoption I got through here I couldn't speak highly enough about them. I definitely recommend that you give this place a look if you're in the market for adopting a new pet for yourself or your family I guarantee you will not be disappointed you'll be very happy.
Id Love to be able to speak to the owner and know where he bought all the items from for the cats to play on because he has the best selection of play stuff for the cats in the cat room they have a cat tower in the middle of the room that must be 10 ft tall that thing is incredibly cool You have got to see this if for nothing else just to notice the care and attention put into these pets it truly is something other facilities should follow!”

“I’ve been going to Cloud Nine for about 4 years now. I moved to Whitestown and my dogs got such a horrible haircut, Beth had to fix it. I moved downtown and am still driving my dogs to her. My one dog suffers from anxiety but is always happy to return to Cloud Nine. Rocky and Louis give 5 Stars too!!”
“Cute pet store. Smaller than the usual petco, etc, but lovely service. Prices are a little more expensive but worth it. They have a dog wash, which I will be trying soon!”
“This is the best Petco by far in the Indy area! I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a bunch of rescues, one of which is a whopping 103lbs. The staff (Caleb, Jeanna and their manager Mindy) went out of their way to help me get my lab/gsd mix in and out of his grooming appointment, helped me get a better collar to prevent him from dragging me as he was, put on the collar and walked him to my van for me. And the grooming staff was spectacular (Danny and Talia)! My two dogs got the best haircuts and grooming services ever!! They have such a helpful and attentive staff in every way possible at this Petco. I will only go to this Petco at 10025 N. Michigan Rd. in Carmel from now on!!!”
