Rented a bike a long time ago, it was my first experience with an electric, and I was hooked! Haven't been back in a while, but today I stopped by to pickup a new seat for my non pedego branded bike. Austin was gracious enough to help out and did the swap for me, and also aired up my tires. The service here is great, they are very detailed when making sure you're ready to ride off. While I was waiting Austin helped another customer try out multiple bikes and made sure they were setup to be comfortable for each bike. The bikes are of really good quality, if you plan on renting any bikes, be sure to give the fat tire a try! I will be back for my 50 mile tune up!

My wife and I love our Pedego e-bikes from Pedego Carmel! Couples really need to check out their bikes. They help to level out the riding experience for both people. The bikes are super tough and a breeze to use (once you ride them a few times). Josh, John, and Austin are fabulous! Easy to talk to. Knowledgeable. Customer -oriented. Very skilled at all aspects of maintenance. Shop there. You will not be disappointed.
