I only get to come back home every couple months but, I always make sure to swing by this Orvis while I’m here. Every single time I enter I am always greeted my smiles, friendly faces, and knowledgeable individuals always ready to help. Addison has helped me the past couple times I have been there, and even though there is long breaks between visits to the store we always hold great conversations. He is really able to connect with me and my specific needs, by far the best costumer service I have seen represented in a long time! Orvis will always see business from me.

Upscale good quality clothes, helpful staff. It's a bit pricey. Go often & look for items on sale. Wheel chair accessible. Ample parking around building.

Every time I have walked into this store I was greeted and assisted with very knowledgeable and experienced staff. When it comes to fly fishing everything you need they have! Such a beautiful store with a wide selection of products. Eric was attentive and helped me pick out my first pair of waders and boots, he went above and beyond and helped me spool up my first fly reel and gave me some tips and tricks when it comes to fishing. Without a doubt I will be coming in again!

Great fly fishing 101 class for free. Other than pricing being a little higher, great clothing and Lucy lives her dog bed.
