My pharmacist Britlee and my dietitian Jessica- have been an absolute asset to my overall care team! They never fail to advocate for me whenever it is needed. I myself am in Healthcare as an RN and unfortunately this last year has been the most difficult. And when i was put on TPN- earlier this year, i was terrified. But with my team at Option Care I’m never alone and they are always there to listen to my concerns. Due to much hard work from me and my local team and option care team my biggest goal was to be able to get back to working as an RN. And we have been able to achieve just that! But i could not have done it without all the hard work from Britlee and Jessica!! I am still on TPN for the foreseeable future but i know I’m in great hands with option care. I also have had to receive antibiotics from them. And from the transition to hospital to home was flawless. I’m so thankful for OptionCare and could not recommend them enough!!

option care health is a very attentive and compassionate company to work with. The nurses are very knowledgeable and help to train family how to give infusions at home. The only improvement that they could make for me is to have a voice activated answering service instead of pushing numbers to direct your call.

The nurses at the Carmel location are all fantastic! They’re patient, communicate well, have great bedside manner, and genuinely care about their patients. Tina, Sarah, Shannon, and Karen are excellent caregivers, thanks to each of you for top notch care during my treatments!

My mom found out Friday, March 10, 2023 that she had stage four Ovarian Cancer, and she did what every smart and very intelligent person would do, and that was go straight to Luthern Hospital in Ft. Wayne and not Marion Health in Marion. The ER doctor @ Lutheran wasted no time and told her that very night what was going on with her. They had her come back on Monday, March 13th to see Dr. Hubert Fornalik, a Obstetrician-gynecologist specialist. He was the main doctor in charge of my mom's care the whole time and still is. Once she was able to come home she still had a couple of things she was to continue to do as if she was still a patient in the hospital, and that was to continue her Antibiotic Infusion Therapy and Parenteral Nutrition Therapy. Parenteral Nutrition Therapy is when you have a feed into your bloodstream through a drip into a vein. As you can see the company that is in charge of my mom’s therapies is Option Care Health, located in Carmel Indiana. Everyone I have dealt with @ Option Care Health has been awesome, but there has been one person who has been AMAZING, and that is Kristie Ott, the "Clinical Transition Specialist." I would like to take this chance to say thank you to everyone @ Option Care for the wonderful job they have done in transitioning my mom from the hospital to home.

If I could give them no stars I would. Be careful with this company. They will not call you or inform you when they decide to give you a different nurse from another company. No warning no permission given. I was supposed to get my infusion today and still haven’t heard back from them. Terrible patient care.

I work at a hospital and called to inform them a patient was leaving for home so they would be aware and have supplies ready. Was asked to call by Option Care. The “operator” who took my call (would not give her name) was very rude. She asked questions and cut me off before I finished answering. Then toward the end of the conversation she completely hung up on me before I had given her all the info they asked for. Completely disgusting and unprofessional.
