I stopped by to check out several watch brands that I don’t typically get to see in my area. I am a watch enthusiast that genuinely loves talking about watches, but did not have plans to make a “large” purchase today. Bill happened to be there to help me out, and I was thoroughly impressed with the store’s offerings. He knew I wasn’t in the market for a major piece today, but he still took his time to explain some of their less-well-known brand offerings. While I only walked out with a ‘small’ trinket today- I can’t wait to be back for a more substantial purchase. Thanks to Bill for a great visit!

The jeweler is one of the nicest people ever. I am pregnant and my fingers are so swollen that I could not get my wedding ring off. We attempted to get it off which resulted in it getting stuck in an even worse spot. My finger was purple and had no feeling. We went in to Moyer and the jeweler quickly cut the ring off. He was so compassionate and truly just a great guy. Highly recommend!

I needed a link or two added to my new watch. I walked in and was greeted by a very kind man who offered to help me. The atmosphere was beautiful and it was a lovely place to buy jewelry. When he was finished he had me try it on and it fit perfectly. I offered to pay but he said, no fee, if you wish you can donate to the Humane society. I was very pleased with the service I received! I highly recommend this jeweler for you!!

I went today for my watch battery replacement and they replaced it free of cost within few minutes. Meanwhile I explored the shop and got to see good collection of watches. Highly recommended for next watch shopping.

Unfortunately my experience with Moyer went form positive to a complete nightmare,after purchasing an $9000 watch and initial excitement only to find out few weeks later that watch has a issue and was not tested for proper operation before being shipped out after the sale,the watch was sent out to Breitling for warranty repair that’s currently taking 3 months and still no time of completion. It’s beyond unprofessional to not test/make sure luxury timepieces are within specs and fully operational when they are sold .

Was really pleased that when I walked in with my watch that I bought someplace else, they provided a spring bar I had lost and sized my bracelet for me for free. Will definitely be back for paid maintenance in the future!

My husband and I came here to look for a ring upgrade for our anniversary. Beth is the one who helped us and we loved her so much! We have been to many jewelry stores over the years and this one tops them all in many different ways. We will definitely be coming here for all of our future purchases! I wanted to purchase a Grand Seiko and Moyer is the only authorized dealer in the area. I called about a specific watch model and they confirmed they had it and put it on hold for me. When I came to the shop later that day, the customer service was fantastic. Lindee provided amazing customer service and assisted greatly throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff also treated me very kindly and respectfully. The purchase process was very smooth and they sized the watch perfectly. Lindee also reached out a couple days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The watch is fantastic and Moyer and Lindee made the experience even better. I highly recommend trying Moyer if you are looking for a luxury watch.
