Jacob was awesome getting my late teens dressed for two different events. He was laid back enough they were comfortable, but he was super knowledgeable about what is appropriate to wear, and if they had it in the store. Great experience and my guys will look amazing.

I always enjoy going into Men’s Wearhouse. They take real good care of you. Jacob, the store manager, fitted me for a tux, and did a great job.

It’s fine. I went in looking for wedding attire and was recommended to look at the sale wall. The staff was nice but the three of them never left the desk area. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Not much of a dresser, usually a blue jean and t-shirt kinda guy. So it's been a while since I bought my last get up for formal events and that was at Burlington. Paid $100 bucks for Calvin Klein jacket and slacks. I thought that was a steal! At the men's warehouse I imagined spending at least $4-5 hundred for something nice for my niece's wedding. And was prepared to do just that. So you can imagine my all natural high when I walked out right at a hundred bucks for a $200 jacket and $90 slacks which were obviously on sale. Just the same I've already recommended this store to some friends.

Great customer service on the front end. Selected matching suits and had them altered for father and son to attend daughter/sister’s upcoming wedding. The associate upon pick up was rude both on the phone when checking on their readiness status and when actually picking them up. No smile, no hello, a barely audible can I help you, and most importantly no thank you. Training for this associate is desperately needed.

We went here this past weekend looking for a suit for a wedding. We had a super nice young man help us get my fiancé sized and look at different fit options - skinny, slim, modern. He was super helpful and didn't try to "make a sale". We picked out a suit but decided to wait to purchase it (waiting to see if we could find any coupons lol). Another employee waved us down as we were leaving the store and said we should buy today and asked us to wait until he was done with his other customers. We waited about 10 minutes (there were a lot of customers ahead of us) and then decided to leave anyways. The second guy trying to sell us the suit and asking us not to leave was a little annoying specially since it was so busy. But overall, a good experience. we will be back to get his suit at some point!

Kaylee was a star!!! Rest of the staff were Arrogant and were not at all helpful… only employee showed her kindness. I hope you read your reviews. I have money, I was just “not what your customers usually look like” I prefer European tailors… at least they know what they are doing. Thanks to Kaylee I got my stuff

My husband and I were shopping for our wedding day. I was looking forward to seeing in person your styles and tux/suits and working with a store associate to come up with a great package. We arrived at your Carmel, Indiana store and the associate, while very polite, stated they didn't have all the suits or tux in stock to look at, they didn't have all the accent colors in stock and kept telling us to go online to look at all the styles. This was very disappointing as I have already spent hours looking at websites and was ready to look at things in person. There was no request for a follow-up or accommodations made. We left and went to the next tux rental store where we were welcomed and taken care of. they had everything out and spent time with us help us make the right selection.

Need drastic help in customer service, communication and queueing process. Will not be going back. Advise anyone wanting avoid a chaotic, rude, disorganized process to save a headache and try elsewhere. We did with much better results. Complete - and I mean complete - waste of time.

When we went here we were met by nothing but rude bitchy behavior from a teenager when we were trying to get fit for a suit. When we asked for the manager she complained, tried to start a fight with my family, and brought in person attacks.

This review is for the Carmel Clay Terrace location:Scanned QR code to wait for rental fitting at 3:41 pm. Received a text at 5:10 saying they were ready to serve us. Received a text at 5:11 saying they were sorry we were missed and we should re-scan to get back in line. Meanwhile two rental customers were helped instead of us because we 'did not show up' when texted. We did not leave the store and used our hour+ time to try on pants, jackets, shirts, etc, to get an idea of sizing in an effort to make the rental process move more quickly. When I brought this to that attention to someone who appeared to be management at the front counter, I was told 'I'll be bouncing around and will get to you if I can'. Not even a simple...'i'm sorry...let me see what I can do'. I've been in your store for close to two hours and have not been seen. And, by the way, your queuing system is clearly not working. #basiccustomerservice We went a few stores down and got exactly what we needed and found a much more helpful attitude from those who helped us.
