I've had great experiences these past few months buying supplies for various projects. Keri has been my cashier on more than one visit and she is top-notch with her cheerful attitude and kind words which makes me certain to continue to return here. Wish there were more like Keri in the world.

I am traveling and it’s to HOT for the dog to stay in truck. They won’t let you in. Wouldn’t get 2 simple things. No accommodation. 8-6-24. 95 degrees. Went to competitor.

I bought 5 gallon of interior paint from this store without knowing it was expired ! I spent 5 hours trying to mix it well without success, then I brought it back to store, they just exchanged it for a different one without apologies, my whole afternoon time was wasted and the project was delayed!!

This unprofessional guy with the darkest bags under his eyes, He clearly saw us going in with our dog and doesn't say anything! so he waits until we are completely checked out and he walks to us with an angry attitude! And said: You are not allowed to have a dog(service dog) in here.
We told him he is a service animal and he didn't believe us. Didn't want to look at our service dog card. Corporate needs to re-educate this employee about service animals.

I moved here from the southwest and we didn’t have any Menards, so I wasn’t sure what to expect and assumed it was another ‘Lowes/Home Depot’ type place. The store has so much more than just home improvement stuff, making it a one-stop-shop.
We really like shopping here.
The employees are usually very helpful and friendly when I can find them.
The pet supply section is great and prices are decent.
Indoor house plants are overpriced and not a good selection.

Menards, it’s time to revamp your business culture. Your stores and customer service approach are both outdated. You fall short compared to other Bid Box stores. Set a higher service standard for your workforce. Your employees lack interest in providing help. On one occasion, I came to the store for a refund (no receipt). The employee at the desk (Female Hispanic) who wasn’t busy, became upset when I asked for her assistance. She referred me to the kiosk. Never having used the machine before, she reluctantly came to assist. As I followed her instructions at the return kiosk, she was sarcastic and belittling. Given those experiences, what makes Menards a viable option for doing business? Also, your reaction to feedback from other patrons who leave reviews is highly disappointing. Saying sorry is an insult. Change the culture and train your employees or lose revenue.

Frustrated everytime I come here. Carts in the middle of the lumber aisle. Trying to pull 12 ft boards out. Then trying to get from 10 to 12 ft boards while moving carts...ridiculous. then a 260 dollar tool, only have one and it looks like someone used it. Just a few reason why I avoid this place.

VERY RUDE CASHIER NAMED NANCY THAT USES FOUL LANGUAGE. It was by far the most bizarre experience i have ever had.
I had a 5 star review on here for over 5 years and that has changed instantly.
OKAY NANCEY. I HOPE YOU SEE THIS REVIEW. Please take a moment to come down off your high horse and hear this! I was doing 2 things. The first I was politely trying to move the bags of dirt so she can scan the barcodes easily. The second was I was looking for the grout bag item that I thought had slip in between the bags of dirt. She said "I DONT NEED YOUR DAMN HELP SIR" CAN YOU MOVE? JUST GET OUT THE WAY" Caught me off guard. It was highly unusual like she was drunk or on drugs.
Please MENARDS at minimum talk to her about cursing at customers. Or move her to a position where she doesn't have to communicate with your customers. I get it people have bad days we all do. This wasn't that though. This is was her generally bring hateful.

Beautiful, clean and well-stocked store. Everything was easy to find and they’ve even added grocery aisles. Super impressed with this location.

They refused to honor the prices as marked on the products and over charged us. Never shopping there again. Took far to long to get any help at paint counter, then they over charged us by $30.00 and refused to back it off. They are not worth the hassle.

Wow! We had a horrible experience checking out, the cashier was snappy, acted as if she was above us and was intentionally mishandling relatively fragile items we were purchasing. My receipt says her name was Thida. I hope the manager of this location will look into this because I am sure we are not the only ones who got this treatment.
On a side note, I only have wonderful things to say about the Fishers/Indianapolis location!

I loved visiting this place, everything is in order, clean and it seems that they are maintaining it at all times, very good attention from the workers and their help was very helpful to me and at the time of paying very good service, excellent.

the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life, there is no one who looks after the customer to know if they need help finding the items.
I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for someone who was supposed to come and help me find a product and from a distance I tried to get the people who “work” here to assist me and what they did was take a detour so as not to get to where I was waiting for someone to take care of me.
I do not recommend this site at all.
