The staff is generally friendly, super helpful, prompt, and compassionate, often going above and beyond to solve insurance issues, find lower prices, or assist with timing. Service is good with prompt communication, making prescription pickup a breeze. The pharmacy offers flu shots, immunizations, health screenings, prescribed pet meds, and drug takeback kiosks with no appointment necessary. Free select antibiotics and prenatal vitamins are also available. While most experiences are positive and highly recommended, occasionally some staff members can have bad attitudes or be blatantly rude. Overall, it is considered one of the best in the area, exceptional compared to other chain pharmacies.

The staff are incredibly helpful and patient. The lines move much faster than at Walgreens. The Meijer Pharmacy app is not user friendly, but the people more than make up for it.
