I’m new to the area and needed to find a place to get my hair done. When I called MDG Salon, the receptionist was really friendly and able to get me in in a fairly short time with one of the stylist.
I’ve had Skyler do my hair twice now.
She’s very professional and thorough whether she is cutting or coloring my hair. Her positive and friendly attitude is much appreciated also.
I really like the entire vibe of the studio and the many choices of product, etc. that they have to offer.
I would highly recommend!

On the day of my appointment, my original hairstylist was sick. So I ended up getting another different hairstylist with a different time and I had to move my schedule around. They are located 35 minutes away from me, so I drove all the way there. When I sat down and the stylist brushed my hair; there’s nothing wrong with my hair. When I went and got my hair wet for my toner, the stylist said they found something in my hair, but there was nothing in my hair. I came home going crazy, thinking if there was something in my hair and there was nothing I looked through my hair, I brushed it like a lot, and there was literally nothing in my hair. The next day I went to a different salon and everything was fine. I explained to the girl what happened. She looked through my hair and everything, and there was nothing wrong with my hair. Like I get it that they have the right to refuse service if they saw some thing, but she wasn’t even completely sure if she saw something she just assumed And I literally wasted my time going there cause I had to change my schedule around for this appointment and nothing worked out for me.

Jessica did my daughter’s hair and just wow! Her blonde has never been better, we went to several different salons trying to get her dream hair. She’s the first hairdresser to sit down and talk about inspirational pictures and what my daughter did and didn’t like about them. We will definitely be back, she’s wonderful, kind, and very personable.

I needed an appointment and wasn't sure I could get in but was able to without any hassle. The person that made the appointment was refreshingly professional. The hairstylist, Samantha was excellent at communication and I love the color and cut! I have a college graduation to attend with family and will go with nice looking hair!

Skylar gave me an excellent blowout! She was knowledgeable, professional, personable and oh so talented!! The shampoo and scalp massage was such a treat as well. Thanks again Skylar. I’ll definitely be back to see you next time im in town. I highly recommend MDG Salon . The owner clearly takes the time to train his stylists and staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I really like that they use only high quality products as well. Beautiful salon. Wish you were in Florida where we live. Thanks again!

Skylar was absolutely amazing. She was excited to hear about my current hair situation and recommend changes/cuts/styling. She walked me through everything she was doing to make sure we were on the same page. She made me feel at ease and found things we had in common for fun and refreshing conversation throughout the appointment! I love my haircut and I will absolutely be going back to Skylar in the future— thank you!
