We recently went to McCool’s in Carmel to purchase Karastan laminate floors for our entire home. They had a great selection, and Gabe and Jason were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installation through Blue Crew Installation was facilitated through McCool’s resulting in an excellent experience and outcome. I highly recommend McCool’s!

We love the LVP flooring we put in our bathroom. Maryanna was a great help in making our selection. We love the look and feel of the floor, but most impressive is that it does NOT get cold when the temperature outside drops. Our house is built on a slab, so our old flooring felt cold in the winter. The new floor is very comfortable!

McCool’s has done flooring for me twice before this time. They sell quality products. They were very timely when coming to start the job. The people both in the store and doing the actual installation are very personal and knowledgeable. I highly recommend McCool’s for any flooring needs.

We worked with MaryAnn/McCool's Flooring to put new carpeting in the upper level of our home. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we worked through selecting the type/color of carpet. We were able to take samples. The installation went well too. We forgot to take pictures but are very happy with the results.

Replaced our master bedroom carpet with McCools. Good experience from beginning to end. We had to reschedule the install due to a conflict on our end and they were very easy to work with. The install team was courteous and quick.Will start with them again when we look for our next flooring job.

I recently had my 2nd floor carpeting replaced. McCool's flooring was fantastic to work with. Pricing was very competitive, scheduling was transparent and flexible, and labor for install was timely and neat and organized.
