The checkout process is painfully slow. The store mandates the use of a shopping perks card which is really just a way for the company to track your buying behavior. It’s super shady that it’s mandatory for all transactions. Data privacy is a right, not a privilege.

Selection of vegetables and meats are incredible. You do pay a premium for that service.For the size of the store, I do have a hard time finding specially items at the store.

Great grocery store…. Definitely not a discount place but the deli, meat market, bakery and liquor sections are wonderful.Love the local items that are available and promoted.

I love Market District!! Best Grocery Store we have in Indianapolis.That being said, I hate the cost savings measures they have taken.I’m ok with the with the cost cutting measures to-make sure they stay in business.They had the best bags ever in the 50 years I have been shopping.The paper bags they have now are the worst I have ever seen. Even doubling them up, you’re lucky to get home without them breaking.The new rotisserie chicken bags are in the same category.If it keeps them in business, I’ll make it work. But it is sad to see what it is today, compared to what it is was when they opened.They carry so many products that you can’t find in Indiana. That’s what makes them stand out over all others!!We need to keep Market District!!

Used to be an amazing grocery store. Customer service has disappeared and I will no longer shop here. I was customer service earlier this morning needing their help and had two employees stare at me and tell me no one was on duty and that they couldn't help me because they weren't on the clock. Absolutely ridiculous!

This is a huge store with all kinds of food that you would find in a typical grocery store and specialized food stores. There is a whole lot of delicious looking prepared food but little for vegetarians. I bought a really cute Easter bunny cake for my nephew and neice and a fresh loaf of seeded whole grain bread.

Went twice this past week. Both trips were lovely and mostly without incident. A Bakery employee had an attitude when asked about a specific bread in the case. Other than that, no complaints. We were able to find what we needed
