I got a ring resized here. The ring was brand new, and only worn for a few hours prior to drop off. After picking it up there were large clearly visible scratches. The two points that were cut/soddered left very visible scorch marks on either side of the ring. After questioning them about the obvious imperfections they said "oh that was already there" "we've been doing this a long time". Now again, the ring had been worn less than a few hours prior to drop off, and had no signs of wear whatsoever. Would highly not recommend unless you would like your expensive jewelry mutilated and permanently damaged.

Exceptionally high quality work. Mark was able to squeeze in a custom piece for me right before the holidays and even stayed late so I could pick it up after work. Good pricing, and very pleasant people to be around. Will most certainly be coming here again!

Mark is a very nice, knowledgable, and talented artist/craftsmen. He spent over an hour of his own time to educate myself on the industry, and sapphires specifically. He's created many incredible pieces over his many decades of experience, including working with stones and jewelry worth a quarter million dollars for high-ticket clients. His work is genuinely creative and new to this world, that even some other artists and companies have attempted to replicate his designs. Highly recommend!

I’m am beyond thrilled with the two rings Mark redesigned from the original wedding rings my dearly departed husband had made for us when we got married. Mark creatively set multiple diamonds, in different shapes and sizes, into my husband’s band so I could now wear it as a right hand cocktail ring and have his memory with me all the time. Then he took my matching wedding band and set a stone on top so I also could have another cocktail ring for my left hand. His work is impeccable and he accomplished something I’ve been wanting to do for 18 years. These rings have been in my jewelry box and now I can wear them all the time. Thank you!

I wanted to update my wedding ring to be more of a reflection of our family using the diamonds in my original ring and adding just a few more to complete the story. I shared with Mark that I wanted a center stone to represent God, a marquise on each side to be my husband and myself, 4 small stones on each side to represent our sons and their wives a cross on each side and the a type of design on the underneath part of the band for each of our grand kids - I cried tears of happiness when he presented the ring to me. It is perfect! My husband and I are so very happy with the beautiful design!

My now fiance and I met Mark and Paula in Naples, Florida during an art show. They had a ring that immediately caught my attention, a beautiful hammered finish, rose gold CZ ring with a palm basket. I didnt buy it that day but I called them the next day after the art show had closed and asked them if we could still purchase the ring. They were so kind and willing to work with us. We are set to be married September 24th and she loves that ring so much. Best purchase! It is such a quality product and the craftsman ship is incredible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unique ring for their special someone.

Mark and his wife Paula were delightful to work with. They designed a gorgeous diamond bangle for me using some of my old diamonds and gold and adding their quality diamonds and gold to complete this exquisite bangle piece like one I had seen them display at a show.

There are certain experiences in life where every detail matters, when you should accept nothing less than the very best.Designing a custom engagement ring was one of those moments for me, and I'm truly grateful and humbled to have been guided by Mark through this journey.I brought in some loose family stones, and without any other expectations told him to design something timeless and make it amazing. It was a relief not to need all the answers, but rather to welcome the results of his creative process and be amazed at the final product.When every nuance and every step matters, you should work with the best and nothing less. The process was a night-and-day difference from a retail jeweler. But, more than that, there's just nothing like the feeling of owning a "1 of 1" piece from a true artist.

A number of years ago Mark redesigned an emerald ring for me. The original setting was heavy and bulky. The new design created by Mark was wonderful. The ring is light and comfortable! Fast forward to this year. Mark took a ring given to me over 40 years ago and it was well worn. He again created a beautiful, sleek rink for my daughter. We could not be more pleased. Both Mark and his wife, Paula, are kind and friendly professionals. It was a pleasure working with them and we will continue to in the future for any jewelry needs.
