I unfortunately had a very poor experience with this store. I purchased a complete house full of window treatments with "professional" installation. The job was completed but that's about where it ends. Most all of the blinds are off measurement to large varying degrees such that most of those installed look sloppy and uneven - some as much as 1" in separation with the other side 1/2". Bottom line is that there are inconsistent obvious measurement gaps throughout such that the installations look sloppy. I could have done this myself and saved the $350+.
The installer from Lowe's vendor Crume installations should have caught this and stopped the installation. He caught the broken rail and said he would be back, so this is on top of the sloppy installs.
Now I'm again stuck in this Crume call tree vortex of waiting for the dialer to call me at random times so I can give them another four-hour window just for the diagnosis. I'm a busy professional who is in client appointments most days and CANNOT pick up the phone to answer a random Crume dialer call. Who does this?? Crume appears to have a pretty poor online Google reputation to boot - 3.2 stars out of 5 stars as of this writing.
I tried to deal with the person who sold me the blinds at the Carmel store to explore resolution options in hopes of coordinating this and making things easier on me, given the extent of the reported problem. She, however, wanted nothing to do with it and offered no assistance other than to hand me a different 800 number to call. I'm very disappointed, given her customer service was great up to this point. Needless to say this is a mess.
I told her this is the reason I bought direct from Lowe's so that I can talk directly to the person running point should something go wrong. Further, I don't expect a constructive conversation to reevaluate things with the guy who incorrectly installed them in the first place.
My ask is that the Carmel store manager actively assist me resolving this (or an equivalent alternative). I need a plan on how we triangulate this with Crume and the Lowe's 800 number Allena handed to me so as to minimize continued aggravation on my end. I cannot keep waiting for dialer calls and giving four hour window blocks to Crume without a game plan. Please, as next steps, forward this to the store manager while advising I'll be in some time in the middle of next week for a conversation. I can forward my correspondences from her. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

They have eliminated cashiers. So now consumers are expected to provide cashier services but prices are increasing and quantity is decreasing. I will no longer shop here, they are setting record breaking profits, while eliminating jobs with 0 relief to the consumers who patronize them. SHAMEFUL!
