It has become impossible to get any assistance in Lowes. I was in Carmel IN this morning and basically had to almost beg to get any assistance. Meanwhile the few employees that were there were chatting with one another forgetting that they are there for customers. My new favorite has become Home Depot.

This has to be my favorite place. I go in there when I don’t even need anything, but usually walk out with a bunch of stuff. I have shopped here for years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.
