We came here after being ignored for 15+ minutes walking around aimlessly at a child’s toy store in Zionsville. I was so thrilled I made the trip over this way because the people in this store greeted us immediately with assistance. They truly care about their customers, are so knowledgeable especially relating to ideas for age related gifts, extra friendly and helpful!! An awesome store!

This store is AMAZING!!!We were in Indy on vacation and my son asked to go to a toy store... Thank you Google, because it directed us here.So friendly, great selection.We will make it a point to come back next time we are in town.

Very cute toy store. Went on Small Business Saturday so you can imagine it was busy. The store is not very big, but has a wide variety of items. Staff were friendly and very helpful in locating what I was looking for. Definitely recommend!

I wanted to update my review, because it's been 5+ years and Kits & Kaboodle is in a new location. They are now located in Carmel City Center. It's the same toy store I love, although the location is slightly smaller than the old one. But they still have a fabulously well-curated collection of toys that kids love. They are really good at offering suggestions, too, so if you're stumped on what to get a kid for a birthday or holiday, just ask someone who works there! The staff is still really laid back about kids touching and playing with all of the toys, and they even have some tables set out specifically to play. They also offer free gift wrap with your purchase if you request it, which is why this is the place I go when I need to buy a birthday gift. It's a one-stop shop! Get the gift, get it wrapped and you're done.

Cute store. Checked out their new location. When you first walk in, it doesn't look like there's much here as it is a pretty small space, but upon closer inspection, you notice how many items are actually on display. I was trying to find a present for my toddler and realized that I already owned most of the items here and didn't find much else appropriate for his age, but I did find a felt board set that I took a chance on and he ended up LOVING it. I didn't experience the level of customer service that I would expect from a small, more boutique-like store, but maybe I just caught the employee on a bad day. I always appreciate being greeted and being offered suggestions for what I am looking for. Overall, I think their offerings could expand and their service could be more helpful, but it's a sweet space when shopping for quality, creative toys.

So excited to find Kits & Kaboodle in their new location! This store has always carried unique & creative toys. It was our favorite toy store when our kids where young, now I'm back buying baby toys for nieces & nephews!
