i love shopping here. They always have what I want, and the staff is fabulous. Once I ordered the wrong size mattress, and the delivery people returned immediately to the store, and within an hour, they were back with the correct size for me. Their year around Christmas store is absolutely the best. it's so beautiful, and gives such wonderful ideas. Nick will make arrangements and embellish items for your home decor. it's always an exciting time to shopping there!

Love Tom Rafool! He is amazing! This is the second home that he has furnished for us! He has fantastic ideas and great taste! He came in on days off and was always present at deliveries! His level of service and decorating experience are hard to find these days! We love everything! From living room furniture to bedroom sets and his assistance in finishing the total decor! Could not have done it without him!!!!! Thank you Tom and John Kirk Furniture!

I ordered a chair in December 2022 with a $1400 deposit. Have had to call to see if it when it might be done, zero follow up from them. Was told it would be delivered in May when I called them but truly sounded like they had forgotten. It is now the beginning of May and have had no updates. I am so glad we did not use this company for our entire living room as suggested by our designer who was also lousy at follow up. Over priced and no customer service.

I purchased a leather sofa about a year ago. my first experience with This establishment was not impressI've. I couldn't get a person to help me, although many stood around chit chatting. Why, I walked back in to look at this sofa again still amazes me. Tom Rafool assisted me and truly was professional and amazing to work with. Unfortunatel, within the first year, the mechanism that operates the recliner has failed. It has been 7 or 8 months trying to get this resolved. Twice, they have ordered the wrong part even though the repairman had taken a photo of the part. Tom has been able to get some things done, but he is one person who can't seem to get others to do their job correctly. I even went as far as to contactNick Williams who was supposed to be "the man." Appears he isn't. Tom has continued to direct me to the person who can help, but no one u derstands quality and SERVICE bring customers back.

I would give zero stars if possible. We ordered furniture - took 9 months to arrive. We knew immediately that the recliners were different than the floor model. The floor model chairs were super comfortable. These were short (uncomfortable to sit in) and hard- overstuffed and seemed like they were filled with helium. We contacted the store immediately. We were told to keep them for a couple months to see if they softened up and if not, we could return them. They didn’t soften up after several months so we contacted the store for a return. After many phone conversations, visits by the manufacturer rep, we were told there was nothing wrong with the chairs and J. Kirk would not honor their agreement with us. After much discussion, the manager agreed to take the chairs back and give us a credit. This won’t work as we would not bother ever shopping there again. We are so disgusted with our salesman, Joe, and with the manager. We really got taken and learned a very expensive lesson

Great selection of top brands. Ask for Rick Johnson. Rick is knowledgeable and friendly and worked with me to get the best deal. I highly recommend John Kirk Furniture over other area stores; especially the one on Allisonville Road.

Really bad experience with expensive furniture. The furniture was not the same quality as seen on the floor. We were assured they would take the chairs back if there was a problem. We knew from the day of delivery that something was wrong with the chair, but we were assured if the problems didn’t work themselves out in a few months we could return the chairs. The chairs we received were shorter (making for uncomfortable sitting) and overstuffed - as if helium was inserted in the cushions. These chairs are uncomfortable to sit in. These are very expensive leather swivel chairs. Many conversations with our salesman and the manager did not resolve the situation. We could return and get a credit - we are done with this store. We opted to keep this very expensive product knowing that it isn’t right. We are disgusted with the customer service. We purchased a lot of furniture from this store. Can’t imagine ever going back in the store and would really encourage people to be cautious when ordering furniture.

I would give a zero star rating if I could. We ordered expensive recliner chairs from Kirk. Our Salesman, Joe, asssured us if there was a manufacturer's problem the chairs could be returned. We knew immediately upon taking ownership that the chairs were not the same as the ones we tried out in the store. They were shorter (makes for uncomfortable sitting) and it was as if they were stuffed with helium. We wanted to return them right away. Joe convinced us to keep them and if they weren't right in 3 months we could return. Three months later after numerous phone calls and store visits, Joe basically said there was nothing wrong with the chairs and we had to keep them. Further discussions with Joe, the manufacturer's rep, and the owner got nowhere. We are stuck with the chairs. If we return them we only get store credit. At this point we would never shop at Kirk furniture ever again. What a major disappointment. Joe insists over time the chairs will "soften" up. This is not happening. A very expensive mistake.

We love shopping here! Tons of beautiful furniture! Everyone is friendly and pleasant! John Kirk has amazing timeless and elegant pieces that others do not carry! Tom has helped us so much with furnishing our house to make it a HOME. We will always shop here before other furniture stores!
