Where do I start Bryson was our sales representative and he exceeded expectations. I have had so many run arounds the past few months and he was professional, thorough, honest, and caring about my needs and addressed any concerns I had. I was looking to purchase a vehicle from Indy wholesale two sales associates reached out to me and ultimately I ended up working with a gentleman by the name of John. John spoke to me and told me that he would follow back up with me about the vehicle after I completed my credit check and he did not. I informed John and the other sales associate that I did not live in the state of Indiana. John shouldn’t have ran my credit knowing that the vehicle that I was looking for had a potential issue with the title and financing would not be available for an out of state buyer. After not receiving a phone call or a update from John I reached out to him and he informed me of this information when I asked him why no one had reached out to me after being told that someone would reach out to me. he told me “well I’m telling you right now”. I felt that his comment was rude, insensitive and unnecessary. I feel that John did not do his due diligence or the sales person that I initially talked to which I think her name is TIFFANY. This simple was bad customer service on All parties involved knowing that I did not live in the state of Indiana and once I inquired about the vehicle, they should’ve informed me from the beginning that the vehicle had a issue with the title before having me run my credit which was unnecessary and caused my credit to take an additional hit. I am highly displeased with the service that I received from Indy and under no circumstances would I recommend anyone to go to Indy wholesale direct with this type of service. I plan to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the Indiana secretary of State.

Val was excellent in taking us through the whole buying process of a 2020 Subaru WRX STI. We are so pleased with the experience and will consider Indy Wholesale Direct and Val specifically next time we are in the market. Highly recommend seeing him for your next purchase:)
Edited to add: would have appreciated knowing that the brake pads were down to 3mm and needed to be replaced. Not super happy about that, it is an expensive repair that we weren’t expecting.

EDIT TO MY REVIEW: beware, this is an “as is” car sales. Walked out with a lot of issues with my new car. It even needed an oil change the moment I got it home. I’ve spent hundreds now on repairs and the salesman (not Bryson) was misleading. Capital one, who we did the loan through them with, has also been a terrible experience. Just make sure you know what you’re walking into.
Thanks Bryson for your professionalism as you helped me find my new car. I’m very excited!

I had an amazing experience here ! Val helped me out so much, he got me into a 2021 Hyundai venue. He was able to get me an affordable payment plan and had great customer service. Their finance manager John is amazing as well.
10/10 recommend going here for a new vehicle!
