Evan did the yearly maintenance on my water softener today. He arrived right on time. He was extremely professional and kind during the whole process. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the service provided. The whole process was fairly quick. I would highly recommend Indy soft water for your water softener needs.

Evan was our technician today. He was here promptly, performed services on our water softener unit as well as our reverse osmosis system. We were very satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism, and how quickly he was able to perform the necessary checks and subsequent maintenance. We will continue to utilize Indy Soft Water for our water needs.

I was impressed by the technician he was at the house ontime and ready to get to work and a very tidy young man. The system was installed and working by the time I left for work and we are looking forward to many years of better water thanks to your team. Really great company to work with. 55 year old house that never had a water softener. Brandon came and explained the options and readily answered all my questions. Marc did the install and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were the best too.
