I got this chain in 2022, my fiancé(then boyfriend) wore it everyday. Then suddenly today, the clasp just broke. For 130$ I expect it to last longer than less than 2 years.Edit: I do appreciate the follow-up and willingness to repair the defect. It is what it is though, a defect. I understand that daily use will cause wear and tear, but he doesn’t pull the chain and he doesn’t work a job where it could get snagged. Less than two years of use should not cause the clasp to get so bent out of shape. I will not give a one star review, but I will also not be silenced about a legitimate problem. Again, a 130$ chain should be able to withstand *normal* daily use for at least 5 years without needing to be repaired in my opinion

From beginning to end this was a spectacular novel experience! Working with someone that only does custom designed pieces by appointment was initially intimidating until we met with Shaun the first time, then we realized how friendly, warm, and personal it could be. I brought in my wedding ring of 21 years, along with a couple other diamonds I had, without too much of an idea if they could work together in a new piece. He immediately assured me that they would. I love antique cut diamonds, and he was able to find some small accent sized old European cut side stones to keep the aesthetic in line with the three center stones I provided. Over a few appointments, a newly created wedding ring was designed and delivered! It is far and above what I even expected, and my original center stone looks sooo much brighter in the platinum setting. I absolutely love it! My phone pictures can't do it any justice. I don't see myself going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Thank you so much for the experience, and my new beautiful extra sparkly wedding ring.

Shaun did a great job restoring and recreating beauty in my wife's parents rigs that we have wore for 21 years. He kept the history and original look while making them more modern.

I had an idea for a gift for beautiful Susan for her birthday. It was a jewelry gift, so I knew there was only one place for me to go, Indy Facets Private Jeweler and Shaun Goodyear.Shaun had worked with me on Sue's engagement ring, and it was an amazing experience, an incredible ring, and a great value.I shared my idea for Sue's gift. Susan loves tanzanite, and Shaun looked at what I wanted for Sue and brought me a beautiful option he could have ready in time for Sue's birthday.As always, with Indy Facets, the outcome was perfect. It was a beautiful surprise last night, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!! I surprised Sue with her gift last night at dinner with our friends. I wanted her to have them to wear today on her birthday. Thanks again to Shaun and Indy Facets for creating such a beautiful gift for the birthday girl I love the most.

Shaun and the whole team at Indy Facets are wonderful! We’ve gone to them a few times, first when my husband designed a necklace for me, and then when we were ready to get my wedding band. I wanted something unique and a bit different, and it was like they read my mind. From start to finish, not only is the process amazing to see, but it goes so smoothly and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. The customer service is truly what sets them apart, and we would highly recommend them!

Shaun did an excellent job listening to what I wanted. I had a very old, fragile, antique ring from my fiance's grandma. He gave me some very helpful advice on how to restore the ring well. He has an excellent jewelry restoration specialist that did a phenomenal job! The ring turned out better than I could've hoped for. The pricing was super reasonable. Thank you! Would absolutely go back and recommend!

I inherited my mother in laws engagement ring, when she passed away a couple of months ago. We were given several other rings, but I wasn't interested in them. The appraisal had come from G Thrapp Jewelers, so I called them and he advised they retired and provided me with Sean's phone number. I contacted Indy Facets and couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge and attention to detail on every aspect. I've not been to to many independent jewelry stores; but I'll never go back to the big box stores again. We told Sean exactly what we wanted, but also wanted him to add his own flair. When I picked up my ring a week ago, I was almost in tears with the beauty of it. If your in the Carmel/Indy area, please check out Sean and his team. They are impeccable with their customer service and the work they do.

There are a lot of qualities you might expect to look for when it comes to working with a jeweler. Empathy was not one of them I first had in mind.But that's where Shaun excels. You just can't fake genuine empathy. I was really grateful to work with someone who wanted to educate me, who wanted to make something beautiful and remarkable.You'd be hard pressed to find a jeweler who is willing to invest energy and emotion into a project like Shaun will and I'm really glad we got the chance to connect.

My husband and I met with a several jewelers once we decided to have a custom wedding/engagement ring created for our 30th anniversary. Once we met Shaun, our search was over. He is simply amazing. Over the course of a few appointments he FAR EXCEEDED our expectations and the finished piece is quite simply exquisite. He worked with our budget and offered wonderful suggestions.
