I filed my taxes with this location and they gave me the paperwork saying that everything was completed, telling me how much I owed. I paid the amount. Then, the next year when I was filing taxes, I found out they had never actually been filed for that year. Double check that they actually file your taxes for you if you decide to use their services. I never will again.

I won't be so harsh to say stay away from H&R Block as a whole, but this branch proved to be very useless to my needs. I filed taxes with them in 2023 for the 2022 calendar year, and they helped me just fine on that end. To preface this, I had received a letter from the IRS stating an earnings deficiency for the calendar year of 2021, as I was day trading on Robinhood. I brought all the information that they asked me to bring in so as to correct the deficiency. Fast forward a month and a half, I receive a second letter from the IRS saying they are going to start adding interest. So they obviously didn't correct anything. After multiple calls, texts, and emails to my consultant, I finally hear back saying it just takes some time for the IRS to finalize their documents. Fast forward a year later to 2024. I decide to file taxes on my own this time. After filing to completion, I receive yet ANOTHER letter from the IRS with the same amount due, plus interest added. I call in and I ask what happened, I asked for this to be taken care of. Not only had it not been taken care of...they had NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. They had none of the documents I brought them on file, none of my information, NOTHING. I even have copies proving that I provided them to them and NOTHING was done. To add insult to injury, after asking what they would do about this, they said they could work on it for $95 an hour. I said, that's fine, I just need the situation resolved. I'd much rather pay $95 an hour than the $8,000 deficiency that the IRS thinks I owe anyways. I ask "when can you guys complete it?" Guy says, "well we can't guarantee we'll figure it out...we are just paid to work on it." CAN YOU IMAGINE IF YOU WENT TO A VEHICULAR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WERE TOLD THIS? I guess I'm a younger individual, but I don't feel like I should pay a DIME unless you actually fix it for me. Anyways, that's my rant. My tax consultant and everyone I worked with was very nice I must add, and they tried to be helpful it seems...but when you are a professional organization taking on an agency as large as the IRS, you HAVE TO BE PROMPT...and this branch was anything but prompt. Despite their kindness, I didn't get the help I needed, and am seated here facing a growing $8,000 bill in which I am certain I don't owe even a fraction of.

Our tax advisor and the branch are unresponsive. We have contacted them because there's concern about the return, but we cannot hear back. It has been months.
