If I could give this place a zero I would. The manager here is so overbearing. The person at the register has no clue what's going on. Reply to comment below... It's easy to say there was a misunderstanding and to side with someone when you weren't there. The manager solved the problem. I would have been the happiest person in the world but it was the way she kept wanting to act like there was a problem when there wasn't. First of all, she corrected me that the guy was a she, not a he. I don't care about that at all, but wear a name tag with a pronoun if it's that big of a deal. She just kept asking me what the problem was constantly when there wasn't one. She kept answering for the person at the counter, creating issues. Id ask a simple question, and each time I did, she would step in with an abrasive voice like I had an issue. That's when I said to the manager, I didn't even ask for you. She said she was going that way anyways. I asked that because she kept creating issues. I couldn't even explain anything or stick up for myself because I just wanted my food. You guys can say what you want but even the people in back of me were big eyed. My kid and I talked about how I was treated for 2 hours after. If you want the customer experience to be like that for everyone , than keep pretending things were a misunderstanding. How about not acting like the customer is doing anything wrong each time they speak. It's all in her tones, and her speaking for the person like I was trying to start something when I wasn't.

Staff at this Honey Baked Ham store were so nice and customer oriented.This was so unlike the other store we had visited earlier and chose not to make a purchase there.The sliced ham has been delicious. We've had it for Christmas dinner, breakfast, and several other dinners.We will definitely go back to this store in Carmel!

Entering order and paying for Easter ham and glazed turkey breast via the App streamlined the ordering and scheduling process. Meats were excellent and ready at scheduled time. Pick up was amazingly quick and well organized. Parking lot can get a bit tight on day before holiday pickups, but everyone is in and out quickly. Employees were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely order again!

Great food. Not my first time here. Today the line is longer for the thanksgiving holiday. I was concerned about the large crowds but I definitely feel safer since one of the employees is armed. LOL.
