They have an array of products which are somewhat unique, good prices and something for anyone on your list

This is a go to location for oddball holiday presents such as white elephant or small gift exchanges. They always have a collection of affordable seasonal items that are more unique than something you'd pick up elsewhere.

The store is a total scam. The cashier, who is a women with black-framed glasses, and the so-called store manager Wendy (I do not believe that she is the manager), are extremely rude and unprofessional with customers.I got a carpet this morning and needed to exchange for a bigger one. I lost the receipt so I called the store before I came, a man told me that I can get store credits if I lost the receipt. I went to the store and the manager told me “I am telling you now you need a receipt or tag…” Unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and uneducated. The cashier clearly lacks of training and her behavior was blunt. They cannot keep their word.I returned items at Target, Walmart and BestBuy without receipt but the credit card I paid for the item.Do you go. They need to relocate to other places, not Carmel.

Got treated like a criminal at the cash register. Lady acted like I was swapping tags on merchandise. I love shopping home goods but the cashier today made me second guess ever going in there again.

It is a store where my wife likes to go because they sell items that we like. However, today a cashier treated us very, very badly… I didn't want to put her paper to wrap the picture frames, I asked her for a bag and she didn't give it to me…. the cashier's name is Patrick or something like that. He was very rude. He then handed the bag to my wife and started talking and gesturing to the cashier next to him about my wife and me just for asking for a bag which I returned to him. This situation is unpleasant just for a bag to put on a wall art. This happened at the Carmel store in Indiana

5 stars FOR THE EMPLOYEES ONLY and the overall appearance of the actual store. Sherine and Dawn were awesome in finally locating and helping us with buying 2 swivel chairs to match 2 chairs I bought in Cincy but needed 2 more. HOWEVER, I give 0 stars to Home Goods as a business as they made it more than difficult to find 2 more matching chairs (not even the employees can search and locate) so I had to spend hours calling 15+ stores in OH and then IN and ask employees to walk their floors to locate the items I needed - such a waste of their time and mine! Then, once I found 2, I couldn't give the store a credit card over the phone to hold/buy the chairs so we had to scramble and find a vehicle to get them home before they closed that evening and drove 2+ hours in the dark and rain. Thanks again to Sherine and Dawn for their help but hope HG gets better systems in place soon so it makes it easier for me to spend my money with them.
