I'm very disappointed with Home Depot, I placed multiple orders online to pick up at the store. I received part of it and we encounter a problem with one of the orders which was missing hardware, until this point we are still waiting on it. This is ridiculous, 3-4 weeks waiting for something that should have been done almost immediately!!!!!

The pieces anchoring my mail box to the post had rotted so I was able to take the old pieces in and staff helped me find the right size lumber, they cut it for me, as well as paint matched so I can repaint the post which has been several years and needs some help (so wood filler as well as sealer was recommended). I am not a diy person so having such great staff made this a really great hardware store experience.

I received exceptional service today from a young lady named AJ (from customer service). I felt that she went over and beyond for me and I was really appreciated as a Home Depot customer. Kudos to AJ for providing amazing customer service!!!!!!

This store is huge, so we often get lost. Most recently, I ordered a specific item online for pick-up and they had it ready within an hour at the customer service station. It was super helpful and easy. We also found some very affordable knobs for our cabinets and left the store with everything we needed. The employees knew were everything was too. What more could you ask for?

We live in Indy and we shop at the Carmel store. We recently purchased our floating floor from Home Depot and paid for installation too. The worse experience ever they delayed our project and gave us lame excuses for the delay. The installers made us pay $2800 more for leveling and started putting our floor down without doing the job right. We took photographs which I tried to share with the but the inspector from Crew 2 (installers company) today and he refused to see it. The flooring manager Carly at Home Depot has yelled at me and offered me $100 in compensation for all the inconvenience we have suffered. We suffered a delay before and after, wrong installation, lost boxes, misrepresentation and got yelled at after we paid Home Depot close to $16,000 for flooring.Thanks Home Depot for the great service and after calling and recording multiple complaints the district manager still hasn't reached out to us. I have documented my entire experience from photos of floor being laid on a cracked floor to installers acknowledging the issue and then not honoring their word. 11 days ago spent $1000 on new grill products along with approximately 5 dozen new perennial plants for my mom's yard. Planted all 5 dozen plants. 8 days later, 9 of the 5 dozen plants died...all the same variety, all from the same carton of plants. So less than 10 plants out of the 60. The rest of the plants are fine. Took a picture of the dead plants to the store - store manager insisted that the picture AND receipt was not enough - I had to bring in the dead plants. I asked him if he was sure - YES was the answer.I returned to the store an hour later after digging up the dead plants just to have the customer service rep tell me that I was right and a different manager said I did not have to bring the dead flowers back to receive the refund. I also helped the clerk throw the dead flowers (that I brought back) straight in the trash can - store manager didn't even examine what I returned. I did receive a refund. TOTAL WASTE of my time and energy. Complete slap in the face.

decent enough store, BUT their curbside service is crap- doesn't open until 9, and frequently takes 20 to 30 minutes for them to bring the order.

Decided Anna whim to repaint our dining room. Went and got about 2 dozen paint chips to figure out what color will go with the existing wallpaper. Went back today to get paint. Staff behind the paint counter was helpful and made sure I got what I needed. Behr has new weird cans and they had to explain how the spout worked. So this weekend it is panting time.

Excellent service. Was here by myself looking for driveway sealant. I asked for help as I didn't see the particular sealant on the shelf. The staff member searched for not one, not two, but three different spots for the sealant. Finally finding it in a shipping container way in the top. Used a machine to get it down for me. At check out, the cashier asked me if I wanted help loading into my car. I did, the gentleman was so fast and pleasant. I've always had good interactions here but this one was particularly great. At other Home Depot's it's hard to get anyone to go beyond searching the shelf for you.
