Absolutely AWFUL experience with this store. I purchased something using Apple Pay and the store double charged me. They then said they did not even though i could see on my phone right there in real-time that I had two duplicative charges on my card. The owner said, "sorry can't help you because I only see one charge on my side so swipe your card again and it will fix itself". I said "so you want me to pay twice?" IT WAS INSANE. She literally would not read the evidence which said my card had been charged twice. I went home and called my credit card company who CONFIRMED I was charged twice by the store and who said they would dispute the charge (they were amazing and so helpful and so sorry about the way I had been treated). This store is terrible- please go shop somewhere that has more heart for their customers to literally listen to them when they are showing evidence of how they were charged twice. I am still baffled what just happened and never in my life can imagine a store just charging someone twice for something like that and saying well I only see it once in my system so sorry for you!DO NOT SHOP HERE.Also, I have never in my life posted a review for anything. The experience was SO poor it led me to write a review so I could share with all of you because I absolutely do not want anyone else to be treated this way EVER. No one should ever treat a customer the way I was treated. I should also mention I had to sit there for 20 minutes while she worked to double charge me. I continued to say I was extremely busy and needed to get going to get to a call. NO respect for that or my time either. It was all totally insane. I am floored. I would post the image of my double charge to the review but do not want to share my credit card information but boy it is clear as day and then having the credit card company confirm... Just terrible. I wish i could give negative stars.

We arrived at the store 20 minutes before they closed. They never rushed us and, in fact, were so friendly and helpful, 10/10 experience.

This shop is adorable and is one of the only local places to offer premium brand children's clothes. It has always been important to me to support local businesses when possible, and this has been my favorite place to regularly shop for my son's clothes...until today. About a month ago I purchased a baby boy's romper in the next size up for my son (as well as $300 worth of other clothes). I finally took the tags off and washed everything as he is now finally ready for this size. This particular yellow and white striped romper came out of the wash with bright blue splotches all over it. I dont use colored detergents (all free and clear for baby), and there was nothing bright blue colored in the lot of clothing I purchased and washed with it.I went to the store today to see if they would offer store credit--I provided the unworn item, the tag that was attached to it, and they were able to look up my receipt in their system. I even had a few more items on the counter ready to purchase. After several minutes of awkward interaction, and the guy debating on calling his wife (the store owner), I was told it was "my problem" and that it was because I washed it with the Quincy Mae terry short set (dark green) that I had also purchased that day. Oddly enough, none of the other light neutral colored clothes I washed came out with bright blue (or dark green) splotches. What motivates people to shop store fronts today, rather than clicking a button to have items conveniently drop shipped to their door step is customer service. Hey Little Diddle proved today that even though they provide premium brands, in a premium atmosphere, they lack premium customer service. I contacted Kid Wild--the brand of the unfortunate blue stained romper, and they responded almost immediately with a gift card AND a 20% off coupon to their website to repurchase the romper or another item. Something the store owner could have easily done instead of asking me why they should have to "eat the cost of my mistake". Sadly I will be skipping this store in the future and ordering directly from the brand websites, and I would encourage others to do the same.

Had to order on-line but the experience was wonderful. Spoke with delightful gal on the phone, who helped me complete my order. They have beautiful things. It’s a lovely, lovely store. Fun place.

Just took my Littles here and despite website saying they are open and signs on the door stating open Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm, doors are locked no one answers the phone. Please update your hours so people don't waste their time.

Probably the cutest baby/little kid store we've seen. My mom and I came here to browse for some gifts and thought that everything adorable. They have lots of kids clothes, toys, books, games, decor, and more. We especially loved the stuffed animals and holiday books. Everything is very neutral/Scandinavian looking and they carry a few things from one of my favorite kids brands - mushie. If you have a little kid in your life (primary under 2 years old or so), definitely stop in here!

SUCH A CUTE LITTLE STORE!!! Guard your wallets carefully because if you are like me, you will want to shop, shop, and shop! Perfect place for baby gifts-they have all the little items to make a perfect present. They were having a big winter sale when I visited so it was a great time to stock up on all the high end clothing brands for kiddos. I have a hard time spending $70 on a pair of PJs for my toddler...even at 40% off, but this store definitely tempted me! Great books and toys and accessory options. Can't wait to visit again when I have another baby shower to shop for. Also, it smells good inside! They make their own custom baby powder candles. Friendly service too.
