Best pharmacy hands down. They will take care of you, and won’t ever judge you. Above and beyond all imaginable expectations, with regard to overall (and personable, amicable, professional expert) service. I challenge anyone to find a better pharmacy. Seriously.

I switched my medication to the Genoa pharmacy from CVS (116 and Illinois) and am so happy I did. The pharmacists are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They reminded me of a refill, which NEVER happens at CVS. I don’t loathe picking up my medication anymore because everyone at Genoa is so friendly. I highly recommend, especially if you are unhappy with your current pharmacy.

Generally speaking I love this pharmacy.The technicians and pharmacists are extremely helpful and friendly, they know me by sight and always have my medication available for pickup on time. Katie is the absolute best and she always has time to help me out with questions regarding my provider, even if I’m having medication filled at a different pharmacy.Last month and this month, however, I have had terrible difficulties with one of the medications that I’ve been prescribed for my severe social anxiety disorder and agoraphobia.I have noticed that the efficacy of the medication is not up to par. It seems to me that the medication is either old or expired or even perhaps not the actual medication at all but a fake that has been switched with the real medication(i.e. what is known as a “pressed” false pill.)I am not the only person who has experienced this issue with this particular medication.Needless to say, this situation is causing me severe problems with regard to my career and functionality in general.This is a medication that is known to cause seizures if discontinued abruptly.I have attempted to speak with the technicians regarding this situation, however, there is not really much they can do to help or remedy the problem as the medication in question is a Schedule IV controlled substance, and per the mandates of DEA, unable to be refilled by a different pharmacy.I in no way hold any of the Genoa staff responsible for this inconvenience.

You will not find a better staff, pharmacy or otherwise. Katie is fantastic and the whole staff actually cares about you getting the prescriptions you need when you're supposed to have them. I can't say enough good things about this place. We don't use any other pharmacy.Thanks ladies!

The friendly and attentive staff are why I use Genoa instead of a pharmacy closer to home. Located inside the Carmel Aspire Indiana offices, it's extremely convenient if you need to pick up prescriptions after an appointment. The staff are always smiling, ready to help and are just overall great at what they do!
