Horrible customer service! I've had multiple fraudulent charges to my account and nobody in Customer Service can give me a straight answer and are rude.

Best branch in the area. Come in for yourself. The employees are always happy to help and have a great attitude. The lobby is clean and the employees have a passion for what they do. The people here are very nice and try to help. The bank itself is terrible. Issues upon issues with a brand new account. I can't make transfers for 30 days, no bill pay no nothing? That's crazy, pass on this bank
