My doctor spoke directly to the pharmacist about my script. I go to pick it up and they say they never got it. So he calls it in again. I go to pick it up again and they say there was a problem and it's still not ready. Now going to make my third trip. Wish me luck. Switching to CVS down the road. The people that work at this Walgreens couldn't care less about you or providing an ounce of service.

Terrible service has to lunch. Four car in the drive through took them 35 mins to give the meds out and we arrived at the window 1:30 and hanged up on us. Leave while you can. Never again

I purchased a pair of reading glasses and after a week and a half they fell apart. The young lady at the checkout desk asked me if I had my receipt and I explain to her that I did not but that I was a rewards member. She then turned to the manager and asked if it would be possible to look me up through my rewards member account and he said yes. When he walked over to the computer however he seemed annoyed and proceeded to tell me that he was not going to exchange the glasses for a new pair because "obviously they were fine when purchased them" and so the fact that I was returning them a week and a half later "is evidence that I did not treat them with care"! What? THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst customer service at their drive thru location time after time. Today I pulled up and rang their bell and someone just said over the loud speaker we will be with you when we can........: 10 minutes later I called and no one answered, where does the service accountability come in to play here! You would think someone could at least tell you how long of a wait it would be instead of leaving you sitting in your car to wonder.
