Little pricy. Deposit was 200 then if I wanted it one more day i payed (x) amount plus another 100 dollar deposit. And it's been 3 days and Stull have yet to receive my deposit

The Enterprise Team was ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very friendly. The vehicle was clean with a full tank of fuel.Important Note - they do not advise you on the website when you rent the vehicle that there is an additional $200 deposit when you pick up the vehicle. I personally think this policy is silly - you already have my entire rental fee upfront. Just be prepared to add that deposit to your total when you swipe your credit card at the counter.

I love enterprise! They always give me the best deals. I used to go through Costco, but even going to write through Enterprise as a better deal, then going to Costco now.

Enterprise worked really hard to get me in a rental that was able to comfortably seat my family. Enterprise associate worked hard to ensure it arrived in time for us to make a relatives graduation. Grateful!

The customer service was fine. The car smelled and they said it didn’t need an oil change but when I got in the car it had 2% oil life, 0% when I returned it, so I lack confidence that I’m getting into a safe vehicle. This is the 3rd experience at this brach that was below my expectations for Enterprise.

I am writing this review after renting a couple of times with them. Outstanding team, they are very polite and helpful, provide clarification of all the quieres. They have great collection of cars, neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this branch or others.

I dropped my '22 Subaru BRZ off to get fixed because someone hit it 4 months ago. My reservation with Enterprise was made then, in January.I received a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. This is a plug-in hybrid SUV. My BRZ is a tiny 2-door rear-wheel-drive sports car. In what universe are these comparable vehicles? Comparability aside, this is literally the worst car I have ever driven. The brake pedal sinks to the floor EASILY. You can jiggle the steering wheel around and drive in a straight line. It straight up feels unsafe.Is 4 months not enough notice to receive the class of car that you want? Should I tell the guy that hit me to maybe go back in time, and hit me a full 6 months ago instead? Or would 6 months not be enough time either?They did drive the car to the body shop when I got there, so I saved $12 to uber there. So...yay...you get one star instead of 0. Can I give you that $12 to not have to deal with this pathetic excuse for a car?

I was given a beat up malibu with broken windshield, front fascia popping out on highway and bad wheel bearing making noise over 60mph. Also, the car was given to me with no fuel it was literally on reserve. I would have never expected this from any rental agency. I was told by Chris that he would call me by 3 to exchange cars and never did. I left several messages and gave up and drove this piece of junk to Chicago. Unbelievable. Terrible service . Wish i could pick zero stars.

I work for an insurance company and do a LOT of business with Enterprise. I also have personally done a lot of business with this branch. Made a reservation 70 days early, 3 days before my trip they called and said basically they can rent the car I need for more money to someone else and canceled on me. Left me high and dry. Avoid these people. Their current staff are awful and more concerned with commissions than customer service.
