Alright place to shop. I came to return an item and they initially refused stating it had to be mailed in. Their website offered return to store and they accepted once they saw the policy on my purchased item.

This store can either be a great experience or terrible, depending on the sales associate. Jake the manager is a pleasant guy. Tammy is the opposite. Loud, curt, abrupt, impatient- she made us want to leave ASAP and not come back. She’s been like this for a long time. Eddie Bauer- do better.
