I had a terrible experience here, I came here on Tuesday around 7 and the people on the shoe section were very shady and talked behind my back. I asked them where the sandals were and they told me they’re all around the store. So I walked all around the store to see if it was true and he lied to me. I came back and he ran away then another guy was there. I asked him hey I just want to buy some sandals do you guys have any in the back. He acted like he scanned my shoe and it didnt beep or anything and he quickly said no we dont have it. i said okay and left. i will not be doing any business here ever again. This place very disrespectful and has
shady employees.

Was in to buy some golf clubs to add to my collection then when i was finishing up deciding which ones to get an employee with some compensation issues told me i had to leave for testing out the clubs i was about to buy, and told me i had to buy it somewhere else

I have been to Dicks location near Castleton and have nothing but great things about the staff. However while shopping for matching set with my friend we were racially profiled. Loss prevention literally follow us for about 10mins until I took a picture . I ended up looking for staff to assist us looking for a larger size. He was helpful and assist. My friend after I told her this man was following us decided to put back everything she was getting . Later she was bother by the guy helping us , she stated he avoided eye contact. The store was neat and organized. This location lack a lot of L and XL clothing. I know this is a major hub for online order so maybe that's why they were out of stock of those sizes. I would go back to this franchise but Not to this location unless you want to feel targeted. Pretty disappointing and they ruined our shopping experience.

Recently purchased a bike from this store and had a small problem with one of the bolts (?) not being tightened all the way in the seat. I couldn’t fix it myself, but Blake from the bike department helped me right away. He was kind, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for me from there on out. Thanks Blake!

Great service - several staff members asked if I needed help as I shopped. I found what I was looking for and asked if they would meet their online price. With management support, they did! Always check online pricing!

The staff here is so helpful! We stopped in on our way to a Colts game to pick up bags we could take into the stadium. When we couldn't find the bags on the floor two gentlemen looked all over the store and in back stock for the bags. They ultimately found them in a box just off the truck. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication to help us.

Love this place, always a great selection updated often, clean, friendly staff. Of course it's pricing is a little higher but the quality is 10/10. I buy all of my active wear here and let me tell you I'd rather buy an 80$ pair of leggings than 35 from target. They are soft, wash well, are not see through, comfortable, and fit well(slim you down in the right places)

Lee that works in shoes was the absolute best! So patient and kind. Was there with my 3 boys and he never once seemed frustrated or annoyed and we were running him all over. His mom should be proud she raised a good one!! He made our night!
