I went in to pick up my insulin that I need or I die. I'm about to have open heart surgery and I went in on Saturday to pick up my insulin and it turned out that my doctor had not finished the prior authorization to get me more insulin. In the past, my pharmacy had no problem giving me a box until my prior authorization went through. Now there's a new pharmacist here and she was very rude and just told me how it was and told me that I had to buy it myself and then they would reimburse me. This had never happened before so I was very surprised and she was not nice at all about it. Well I have a lot of health issues and they have always been so wonderful in the past but from now on I'm switching all my prescriptions to another pharmacy because I absolutely do not want to see this lady ever again. I do not put up with rude people. Especially when there's so many other options for prescriptions out there. Just a shame because I really liked everybody else in that office and I'm going to miss going in there. I called CVS to complain and no one got back to me. They could care less.
Update is that the Pharmacy never sent the prior authorization request to my doctor. So no one but CVS received the request. Unacceptable!!!!!! I could have died!!!!!!

My grandmother lives here and I wanted to thank the pharmacy crew at CVS! My grandma needed some meds while very sick and Nicole was so kind and really helped coordinate a timely pick up of her medication. Not all pharmacies treat their customers as real people, but Nicole and the crew when above and beyond for sick older lady. Thank you and highly recommend!!!

I have never experienced such amazing service and care like I do at the CVS at 13090 Pettigru Drive, Carmel, In 46032! First of all the store manager Billy - William is by far the kindest and most thoughtful person I have ever encountered. The store itself has a better liquor selection than the overpriced high - end liquor store next door and much friendlier people. In the summer I will walk 1 hour to this store one way to get my daily exercise and the few items I need. On my way to the store I pass another CVS but I would rather spend the time visiting and saying hello to all the people here than stopping in the store closer to me. Overall this is in my option the best run CVS in the country. I have stopped and shopped at CVS locations in at least 35 states and this location sets the bar! I hope the CVS management team knows how special this team is and I hope they reward them for their efforts as it is warranted.

I used to be a Walgreens customer - the one at Michigan St, but after being disappointed several times, yes you right several times by both the pharmacist and her staff and by the store clerk as well, I now moved to this CVS. They are much better, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I came for a vaccine at a late time just before closing, the pharmacist, Nicole, although she might be very tired already, she was still treating me kindly, she’s also very knowledgeable, and caring, she asked if I needed the certificate for the vaccine I received, which I did but I’d forget if she didn’t ask. Thank you so much!

While this location is both personable and professional once you are there, they are impossible to talk to by phone. I had to get out of my app and google them to get their number. I needed clarification on how to take a new prescription. Once I had the number I was forced to wait through all of the options and press one or two several times ultimately I was asked to leave a message and then disconnected halfway through then forced to start over from the beginning. I will be shopping for a new pharmacy.

Anytime I go there only out of convience since it’s near my work, whenever I actually need someone to check me out there is no one at the counter. You have to go find someone and once you do they say “you know we have self checkout”. Seriously?

As a company/store in general, CVS has really gone down hill.. I think most people will agree. They have slashed the available staff leaving only self checkout options, the shelves are never properly stocked and the prices of regular goods have gone through the roof, even for current economic conditions. Additionally, the stores are in desperate need of renovations and modernization… it is just a depressing shopping experience all around. I will give this location 5 stars though only because of their pharmacy staff. They always answer the phone quickly and have your medications ready in a timely manner. They are kind and helpful when you go in to see them and I commend them for it because I can only imagine that as bothersome as it is for customers to deal with the recent decline, I feel it must be even harder on the staff— that said they still come to work and provide great service.

Horrible customer service. If you want to be treated disrespectfully and with disdain, this is the pharmacy. They are short, ill-mannered, and could not care less about you as a customer or patient. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. We read the reviews and chose to ignore the bad ones. Big mistake. We’re brand new residents, looking for a friendly, competent pharmacy close to our home. They, including the manager Jenny, had little interest in helping us transfer prescriptions or explaining their exorbitant cost differences. Very disappointed.

I recently had an exceptional experience at CVS that I can't help but share. The moment I walked into the store, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to provide quick and friendly service, ensuring that I received my medications without any hassle. Their efficiency amazed me, and it's clear that they prioritize customer care. What truly stood out to me was the convenience of the minute clinic. I was able to address a minor health concern promptly, thanks to the skilled healthcare professionals on site. The process was seamless, and their attentive care left me feeling reassured and well taken care of.But that's not all CVS has to offer. As I explored the store, I was delighted to discover an impressive range of hair care products. The variety of options available, including high-quality pomades, exceeded my expectations. It's clear that CVS understands the diverse needs of its customers and strives to provide products that cater to every preference.Overall, my experience at CVS was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of quick and friendly service at the pharmacy and the convenience of the minute clinic truly set this store apart. The great selection of hair care products, including the fantastic pomade options, further demonstrates CVS's commitment to meeting customer needs. I left the store feeling satisfied and grateful for the exceptional service I received. CVS has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.

Terrible utterly terrible. They gave me 30 pills when my prescription is 60 and refused to acknowledge their mistake. Someone is skimming pills at this CVS. This is the 3rd time this has happened and it is unacceptable. They threatened to call the cops when I asked them to fix their mistake. Edit: A Store manager was able to view the footage and give me my remaining pills. I appreciate them resolving the issue.

Not sure if Crystal was having a bad day or if she’s just always rude. I my cart right next to me and Crystal comes up and tries to take it and says “Oh sorry I didn’t know this was your cart I was going to put it away” As if my wife’s purse isn’t in it and has 4 items in the cart. THEN when we were checking out the same women Crystal was trying to argue with my wife about if we had a cvs card or not and giving up dirty looks every time she scanned something.
