Walked in to the CVS on Rangeline and 116th. Two experiences with this location. And the CVS on 126th and Gray road in Carmel pharmacy is horrible and very unorganized as well. But this location on Rangeline is absolutely horrible. The pharmacy sent me a notification that meds were ready and they dismissed me and told me I had to wait. But the med was already to go. Not even sure what that was all about. I went in to buy a simple birthday card for my son and there is no human being around to just process my purchase at the desk. They have two self serve kiosks. They were not working properly. So the young lady was absolutely shocked that I needed assistance with the kiosk. Rude, like I was just making her day worse. I was polite. She was rude. Just goes to show that we have weirdos in high places replacing human to human courtesy with machines. Any retail establishment that pulls this crap does not care about their shoppers. This CVS is terrible.

I wish I could leave a negative review. I was seen at the minute clinic and they screwed up entering my insurance information and billed my cc $523.26 for a visit and flu test! I have called 3 times and spent hours on the phone, it is still not fixed

Very disorganized and confused staff. Haven’t had this much trouble getting a simple antibiotic prescription filled in my life. Pharmacist was friendly and helped the tech figure out how to find it in the system after a couple phone calls and discussions.

Lead times are lies. Was told it was ready. Got here at 7:45. It's after 10 and still waiting. Was told 45 and 30 minutes every time I went up. Better luck order online. It won't take as long

I wish I could give a Zero. We have to fight to get every Rx filled for my mother. It’s ridiculous. We get a text that it’s being filled. Then a message to call and the number is a national number. They are no help. When you call the store you have to leave a message and they are to call back in a. Your but never do. Her insurance requires us to use cvs. Otherwise I’d go anywhere else. They are widely known as the worst!!

Website said wheelchairs in stock and sold there at this location. Wheelchairs were in no way sold at that store.

Almost always a long line and a couple (not all but a couple) of very rude and dismissive people behind the pharmacy counter. CVS has been my pharmacy for decades in all parts of the country and this is the worst I’ve encountered. If it wasn’t one minute from my home I would never go there again.

Extremely aggravated with this pharmacy. Every single time I go for my prescription (every 4 weeks) I get told to wait 20 more minutes for them to fill my prescription. I end up actually waiting between 30-45 minutes (not counting the outrageous wait time in line) for them to tell me every single time “sorry it’s out of stock”. The last time they told me it was out of stock they ended up “finding one more on the shelf” and finally gave it to me after over an hour of waiting and arguing with me and calling me a liar telling me they’ve never given me the generic brand of it and that they can’t when they did for 3 months straight. This pharmacy causes me to not have my prescription when I need it and then won’t even tell me what other CVS would have it in stock. Extremely disappointed with the customer service they have at this location.

I've been a customer of CVS for decades, at stores all over the country. I can say from experience that this store has just about the worst customer service of any CVS pharmacy I've ever used, and I do not recommend them. After another terrible experience today, I'm taking my business somewhere else.

Well we were lied to twice by the person working the window. Once about procedures, and another about them filling a prescription. They ended up wasting about three hours of our time before sending us to a different pharmacy that is twice the distance. Unfortunately this is the only 24 hour pharmacy that's in any reasonable distance.

Pharmacy is horrible. Cashier just walks away with a huge line waiting, and no one to back him up. Do better.
