Staff here is super nice, the pharmacy techs here were very pleasant and informative, I very much appreciate that they answered all my questions!

Don't go here. When I arrive, there's no line. So I stand at the pick up counter instead of their designated line area that I assumed was only for if someone was at counter ahead of you. Some grouchy old cankerous pharmacy tech walks up and tells me I should be standing in the line. I tell her no, I was here before them. Her younger coworker confirms that I've been waiting and she shuts her mouth. If you're going to be rude, atleast apologize. Don't shrivel down and refuse to make eye contact. Then she's incompetent and can't tighten a lid, so I got home and found out I was missing 80% of my 1 year old daughters medicine to help with her lungs bacterial infection. Rude and incompetent. What a mixture.

This is THE worst pharmacy on the face of the planet. Every time I go there it’s a complete nightmare. The drive up is closed, they don’t have everything ready, they charged my card wrong and I have to come back so they can fix it, etc, etc, etc. Tonight there were 4 cars in front of me and it took 45 MINUTES to get up to the window only to find out only one of my 2 scripts was ready. He said I can come back tomorrow……and waste another hour????? I don’t think so. I’m done with this place. I would give negative stars if possible. Send your prescriptions here at your own risk.

I had made an appointment two hours in advance to get vaccinated at this CVS. I drove 16 minutes to get there before the time scheduled. After I entered the store, I received a text message telling me the appointment was cancelled. No reason was provided. There were no customers at that time. I asked the pharmacist why the appointment was cancelled, she didn't offer any explanation, and her attitude was very poor.

Worst service EVER!!! It needs a zero rating. Reduced staff doesn’t mean RUDE staff. Your questions are a real bother to everyone in the pharmacy. Wake up CVS!

This used to be a favorite drugstore. Now the drive-through seems to be randomly closed, prescriptions have to be picked up by standing in line for significant period of time, I just hope the people standing around me aren’t contagious and I’m sure they’re hoping the same thing about me. A smile would’ve been nice from someone working in the store but that didn’t happen either.

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me start by saying, I am writing this review after waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes in line, and when I finally get to the front I am told that it’s not ready yet and I need to get back in line. Absolutely unacceptable. CVS should be ashamed. I would have just left, but my daughter needed this medication tonight so leaving wasn’t an option. If you know that you are the only pharmacy in this area to stay open 24 hours you should staff appropriately. To have sick kids and others waiting for this long, should be be acceptable by anyone.

Minuteclinic charged me for a covered immunization and only put through half of the items to insurance claim. Now I have to get them to bill this properly and such a hassle for an in network provider....I told the staff it was covered and they fought me on it, just rude in general

I went into CVS MinuteClinic because the website said walk-ins are welcome. I get there at 1:20pm but they are at lunch. I sign in at the kiosk. It gives me an option to pick 3pm or waitlist. I picked waitlist in hopes to get in sooner. Employee comes in at 2 and says I am on the waitlist and all appointments are taken for that day and they don’t have any openings. I will not be seen. False advertising! Walk-ins are not welcome.
