Purchased a new home that was governed by the CASI. Fees were abusive! $100 for setup + $350 for a house that had been owned by someone else. Paperwork came late to my house and ended up being charged $54 late fee along with $25 fee for using their app because I couldn't drop the payment off physically. Corrupt business. Will never buy a house that they govern again.

Really poor customer service and communication.

Very unprofessional. They don't respond in a timely manner to messages or calls. It's almost like no one really works there. You can't get questions answered and talking to a human is impossible. What do they really do? Where does our money go?

An absolute headache of a company. They provide little to nothing of tangible value for the price they cost (which is done by raising rates at a blistering pace). By the time that CASI was done with our community and pawned it off on someone else the concrete was eroding, the units were externally neglected, large swaths of grass were dead from overmaintenance (I guess that $300+ a month per owner has to get wasted on something), and our entire community felt cheated.Work orders routinely stayed open for months, some literally never getting actioned or even meriting a response from these robber barons. When trying to use the clubhouse we already pay egregious dues to maintain, we were double charged the rental fee and after providing a highlighted and outlined statement to CASI proving they double charged us, we were brushed off and never refunded the $50 they owe us. On more than one occasion, CASI employees (both representatives and maintenance staff) parked in illegal and inconvenient places, blocking owners from leaving their driveways and becoming argumentative when confronted and asked to move because they were not supposed to be parked in the MIDDLE OF PEOPLE'S DRIVEWAYS.I will say that the one time I visited the office itself, the lady at the front desk was quite nice and very helpful, and I would like to call that out specifically as it was the sole positive interaction I ever had with these people after half a decade of paying their tolls.Overall, avoid these crooks like the plague. They siphoned (by my rough estimates) a few million off our neighborhood during the half decade or so they were wrecking things here. They provided no real value, they were petty about the least important violations but refused to hold their end of the bargain and perform external maintenance, and over digital communication methods the staff tends to be argumentative and punitive. A terrible company, serving no useful or positive purpose in the world, that seems to be focused solely on taking as much money from hardworking homeowners as possible and then making off with the loot while they dump responsibility on another company. Couldn't possibly recommend. God help the poor souls trapped into having blood squeezed from them by this truly pointless moneymaking scheme.

Extremely slow response times. Took over 3 months to get an answer on a request. They send vague letters and letters in error with no guidance on next steps. The property manager I worked with is extremely unprofessional and an inexperienced professional. I have asked multiple times for my board’s contact information and have received nothing. If you were to drive through my neighborhood you wouldn’t even believe we had an HOA/Property management group. They selectively enforce rules based on neighbor’s complaints.

I received my 1st statement in March saying I owe a late fee total 115.00 or so. I called them and told them never receive a letter and that I thought my HOA fees was included in my payment ( first time homeowner) ok fine they took the late off, this is what they sent in May…….Cs CASI Customer ServiceTo: Demetrius Rogers ›5/3/23Lawrence Lakes - DemetriusRogers (00265-4807)Here is a statement to show the late fee has been removed. You can't profess to be a great HOA when you can't answer the phone. My current position in the queue is 1 but I have been on hold for 5 minutes and counting. Is there anyone to answer the phone?

Terrible. Trying to get an approval letter for our roof that has been paid for since April, was promised an answer by May 22 and was met with an email that said they reached out for an update on our request, that was put in over a month prior!

They keep raising the fees every year but they won't fix anything unless you call them 15 times and threaten to stop payment. I would never buy another condo if its associated with CASI. It's a scam.

I never receive timely responses to my requests and I am more often met with rude, snarky, and unprofessional responses once they do reply. We are never given any sort of proper notice for maintenance. Whenever maintenance is done, they never clean up after themselves and require the homeowners to do so.The monthly HOA fee was $50 in 2002. Today is has increased by 400%, exponentially higher than the inflation rate over the last 20+ years. I requested a simple monthly breakdown of where our money was going, but was ignored and then finally told that I would have to schedule a meeting because my request was"too lengthy."If I could find a way to dissolve the use of CASI for our HOA, I would. I do not recommend this company. Nothing but issues for me and my neighbors.

UPDATE: In response to the owners reply, I have emailed the address stated with my concerns and AGAIN have received no response. It seems the only thing that can get a response is a negative google review. This company is completely non-responsive. If you ever are lucky enough to reach a person when calling customer service, it’s a non-local representative that can only open a ticket on your behalf. I’ve tried to reach out to ask for a call back from someone from the local office and have received no response. Ever since this company took over our community’s HOA, the services we used to receive are no longer being provided. Two winter storms since CAS-I has taken over and we’ve received no snow treatment beforehand and subpar removal services long after the storm has started. Not a clue what our outrageously high dues go to since snow treatment/removal was really the only benefit we received before they took over. Have also never seen a budget report. There are plenty of additional complaints among our community, but none of them have been addressed and probably won’t be now that this company has taken over.
