Multiple times at this location and reprimanded by staff for not using the kiosk. Today an employee would not let me drop off and give instructions at the counter. She was dismissive and stood at the kiosk wanting my phone number, not giving me an opportunity to tell her that I had special instructions for my items. I left and never to return. If you have expensive investment pieces and need personalized assistance, DO NOT USE THIS Dry Cleaners.
