The place was disgusting. Fountain machines were a disgrace with cups everywhere, overflowing trash, drains full of ice and trash, and machines actively leaking on the floor. The ice dispensers were covered with hard water scale which tells me they've never been cleaned. I'd bet cash money that there's mold in the nozzles. There were 3 people behind the counter with 1 register open.

Yr customer service is really bad. I stoped there round 6:20 and that lady was rude to me for no reason. That pissed me off but I let it slide and didn't even say anything. Here in Carmel, I think Circle K can do better. Next time I will report this Circle K directly to the headquarter, make it public on TIKTOK, FB, IG and make sure you guys select the right people for this position.

Got some racist folks working here, I've gotten my wallet stolen twice so I've had to use my passport many times before to buy Tobacco or anything that requires me to show my ID, old lady wouldn't take it because it wasn't a US issued ID, makes no sense lady I've done it many times, I also had to wait for her to feel like she wanted to help me when I walked in the store too, racist racist racist, do better.

I got a one day in-advance email notice that they will appreciate customers with 40 cents off / gal. of gas. During the three-hour special, surprisingly anyone was allowed to get in on the deal. As I was pumping, a staff gave me a discount card for 20 cents off any and all gasoline during this month of September. It was wonderful! I saved over $4. Also during September, they have deals for in-store purchases. I bought a $1.23 beef hot dog. I have been wanting a hot dog so it hit the spot. I wish they have a divider over the rollers so you know exactly what you are getting without asking. Unlike the other Circle Ks in the Indy suburb area, their inside has a lot of open space. WiFi is not always a strong signal so go outside. I do not enjoy pulling into the sloped lot with it being at the corner of a busy intersection.

Most of my experiences were good. Cashiers and management were kind. (though I disagree with a former cashier denying someone cigarettes because he had a temporary liscense and was waiting for a permanent one in the mail.) Selection is good. Let me tell you why I didn't give a perfect score. A cashier had an attitude when telling me they don't sell alcohol. (They used to) She was matter of fact, unapologetic, and didn't offer me an explanation. She was vague when I asked why. She even blamed me for not knowing. She arrogantly said, "There are signs all over the place." I did not appreciate being treated like that. The reason why I give a good score overall, is one cashier followed me out and was nice about it and offered an explanation without me asking. Most people there are nice. There are bad apples everywhere.

Honestly such terrible service. We were refused service because we are not from this country and do not have American IDs. The lady behind the counter refused to accept our IDs. The next day we went back with our passports and instead of checking the date of birth on the passport she starts checking our visas and when we got understandably upset she refused to serve us and gave us unnecessary attitude she then told us to leave. This is the first time any gas station has refused our passport /ID in 5 years .Sort that lady out. Worst experience ever

Absolutely pathetic service from your cashier tonight. Will never go here again. Your gas station honestly doesn't even deserve one star if I could rate you a minus I would.

I have been at this gas pump for 25 minutes. It is still pumping. It is unbelievable how bad their pumps are.

Definitely better service than last time. I had a chance to check out the bitcoin machine at this location. Also grabbed a snack and a powerball lottery ticket.

This gas station has gone down hill since the new manager took it over a few months ago. The shelves are consistently out of stock, the soda fountain has about 15 flavors that are out or syrup, the coolers are out of almost everything, the freezers look like someone died in them because they never clean them, the cigarette racks have packets of cigarettes and chew underneath them that have been sitting in the same place for weeks. When I call the manager to tell her about some of the issues she totally dismisses me and moves on like no issue exists.There is also what appears to be black mold growing on the interior wall along the coolers. I again brought it up to her but so far no one has taken the time to clean it.At times when I go to this location it will be randomly closed with the doors locked, I am assuming they have an employee shortage like the rest of us right now. Even if they took the time to close to store for a little longer when they do have staff so everything can be stocked up and cleaned I think that would be time better spent.I truly believe this store would be run better if they had a manager that did what they were suppose too.UPDATE:This store recently got a new manager and fired the old one who was the problem. The new manager has turned this place around, everything is now actually stocked and on the shelves. They also don't seem to be so understaffed and the store seems to be cleaner too.

I’m never going here again. It’s conveniently located after a car wash, but the computers are constantly locked up on the pumps and it’s a complete waste of time. I’d suggest going across the street to the BP which always works.

Cold coffee machine, French Vanilla/Mocha/Carmel Machiato/Cold Brew is always out of products, or only has 1 flavor. This is the specific reason that I go to this Circle K. Hands down the best....when they have it. Luckily Casey which I find out has 2 flavors. Not as good as Circle K. But, I can't pay the price places are charging for canned coffee. This would not much matter anyway as they are out of those over 90% of the time, along with energy drinks. Caseys has a good selection available, both products.The 1st shift CSR's are the best at this Circle K. Pleasant, and kind. Cafe man always asks; how are you, anything I can do, anything you need help with...etc He's the best and definitely deserves a raise. Mix that with delicious coldncoffee machine is the only reason I specifically make time to stop at this location. However, due to supply issues I was forced to go Casey's which is about 20 extra minutes every morning. I hope supply issues get back to normal soon with Circle K's suppliers...They use different suppliers than the competitors mentioned that have products ?12/23/21 @ 630 pm CSR very rude, unpleasant, made customers feel like an inconvenience/interpretation...when the supply issues finally get fixed...I will not stop if 1st shift is gone.

Terrible. Computer system at all circle k's are junk. Declining every other transaction then locking up so you have to stand there 10 minutes. Shouldn't take ten minutes to pay for 2 soft drinks.ridiculous
