I feel discriminated every time i get inside of this bank.. no staffs will smile and greet at you.. but they smile to white or black americans... i decided to bank with other banks.. maybe its about time.. they feel they are too big.. and they dont need your business at all...

Tellers will treat you badly and are very rude. No ATM on the inside. Avoid this location. Doesn't matter if you have multiple business accounts, tellers still treat you like your worthless and will belittle your in front of customers.

I have banked with Chase for quite a while now and have been very happy with their services, though this branch was disappointing. We entered the branch at 4:22PM; the branch closes at 5pm. We needed help with a very simple task. Upon entering a woman came out to ask what we needed assistance with. Her appearance was quite unprofessional to say the least. After informing her of our needs, she looked at her watch and pondered. She then asked her supervisor as we stood in front of her if she could help us. Her supervisor looked to her watch as well. It was a disappointing experience. Lacking both professionalism and courtesy. All services should be available during your operating hours, otherwise the hours need to be changed.

One of the worst branches in entire Indiana, staff just doesn’t care, pretty much useless and un informed on anything.

I "tried to" work with Brandy Bushman to deposit a check into my account, but she declined to help me. She said the quality of the check was in question (it was wet) which is why I came inside.Edit: the check was not wet today, but had signs of being in a moist environmentShe offered no resolutions except for "you can try to go to another branch to see if they might take it." As if that made any sense. She also stated that she could lose her job over the check, which isn't true considering the amount of checks Chase takes and probably doesn't validate. She never Pulled up my account or made any attempts to help me resolve the issue other than stating that I should "get another check."I was able to get the check deposited by using the Chase app which begs into question: does Brandy actually want to lose her job or does she want to help people? And if you're reading this thinking that she made the correct choice then are you saying the app made the wrong choice? Why did the check get validated through the app but the human was unable to figure out a way to make that same validation? The only fraud that happened today was Brandy deciding to step behind the counter.

Had an amazing sign up experience with David Pursell at this Michigan st location! He was very kind, welcoming, and thorough. He assessed all the needs of my business and recommended some great solutions. He took a lot of time to get to know me. An amazing experience!

I don't know who runs this branch but it is absolutely garbage. They need a new manager. If you are chase customer you'll need to go to another branch a lot for your needs. This place is almost impossible to get to answer the phone. They have THE laziest staff. And today, an associate of mine informs me that their notary flat out refused to do her job for the least sensical reasoning ever.

Pleasant staff. Helpful...but didn't give me any stock inside info since the bank purchased Republic the other day. Thought it was worth a try.

I have been a Chase Bank customer for more than 15 years. Today I tried to call this branch to talk to someone local, and the IVR systems did everything in its power to thwart my attempt to get a question answered.Chase Bank: Stop trying to IVR everything to death. Put people on the phones. Customer support is expensive, and necessary. If I can't talk to a person at a local bank, I might as well do my banking with an online service. Right?

This Chase has a drive-thru, so you can do your banking without leaving your car. Convenient! But I have an irrational distrust of machines to deposit cash into my account, so whenever I need to make a deposit, I go inside to do my banking. This branch was a little late to open -- I was there about five minutes past 9 a.m. and they still hadn't opened. So I had to wait in my car another five minutes before I saw someone come to the door and unlock it. I wasn't in a rush or anything, but it was kind of a drag to have to wait beyond when they were supposed to be open. Anyway, the tellers were very friendly, and once I actually got inside, I was able to do my business and get out quickly.
