Great bank. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location. Never had an issue here and the lines are shorter than most of the chase banks that I have dealt with.

This is based on my experience. Been banking here for years, but corporate is treating me like it does not matter. Was double charged for a stove for $620.29 on March 5 that we were purchased from Lowes. This happened because we used Samsung pay and the cashier stated it did not go through. We then used our debit card. The next day we saw the double charge. Called the bank on March 6, the bank representative did a three call with Lowes accounting which confirmed that we only bought one stove and not two. The bank representative promptly removed the second charge. We thought this was done until yesterday, May 3rd when the second charge reappeared. We again promptly called the bank which we transferred to 4 different people whom seemed to careless and seem to forget and seem not to understand that it was a double charge and that we called and handled this two months ago. They stated this could take up to 2 weeks all the while my account is negative and I am unable to purchase medicine for my type 1 diabetic son and pay for bills. Please note this review is more for corporate Chase. The people at the physical bank have been polite and friendly when doing minor transactions such deposits or withdrawals.

Literally have never been to any business ever with customer service this nice. Every. Single. Time. I've been maybe twenty times and each time, there's no line, I'm greeted with a smile and the banker strikes up conversation/asks how my day is going/etc. I've exchanged multiple currencies here and they've responded pleasantly each time. Last time I visited, I simply needed to withdraw money and they ended up telling me I had a free $5 in my account for having used Chase Quick Pay online. While one banker got my money, the other looked up my account and printed my receipt. I was in and out of there in under three minutes, with an extra task accomplished. Seriously- very impressive.

I've always had a good experience at this bank. I consistently call them to help steer me in the better direction when I'm deciding which cards suit me best rather than contacting corporate or card services.

I've tried quite a few banks. Chase Bank is the only one I refuse to switch out of. Got a better intrest rate on my car loan here than at the dealership....... which the dealership said would never happen!!!! Thanks, Chase!

They would not take a deposit of mine today Maybe they thought I was laundering money? How could they profile someone who has been with the bank for years! They are obviously very prejudice and I withdrew my funds today!! Be extra careful at this branch!!!

With the creation of mobile banking apps, I don't often find myself at a physical Chase branch. This location gets five stars because service is always friendly and speedy. Since it's out in suburbia near the Village of West Clay, rarely do you find a line at the drive thru. On a side note,a family member recently had some banking needs and had a wonderful experience with a Chase representative at this location. In fact, he received a personalized note from said representative a few days later, thanking my family member for doing his banking at Chase. It's the little things!
