The atm ate my money I had call the customer service people just to be told they couldn’t do anything about it and I had to wait for the money . Like okay I am calling this chase to complain I have receipt that the atm printed out to tell me that it couldn’t take cash right after my money was already put In and the atm was working fine but at the end the transaction it said that it couldn’t take cash and it didn’t even deposit my money into my account so that’s even the mess up part . Please fix your ATMs asap cause I need that money back!!!

One ATM won’t accept cash at all, the other spits out all but a couple bills. After 5 attempts still had to leave with most of my deposit.

My husband went in to wire our money for a home purchase and set up an hsa account. I wish he would have gotten the name of the extremely disrespectful and rude lady that he unfortunately encountered. First of all when she went to verify his account she pulled up the wrong name and BLAMED my husband for looking up the wrong person. Then she told him he needed to schedule at least a week ago to set up a simple HSA account. And then when he went to do the wire transfer she ended up cancelling it because she said she didnt trust his paperwork- it's not up to her whether she "trusts" it or not. It came straight from the mortgage lender/title company!!! What a freaking joke!! Don't go to this branch and do yourself a favor and find a new bank to bank with- i know we will be looking when we move.

I went through the drive through today to deposit cash into our account. The cash was from the sale of my deceased father in laws car that my husband put his heart and soul into fixing up to honor his father and then sell it. I was greeted by Cara who was polite until she received the cash deposit. She immediately threw her hands into the air, started verbally complaining to the teller next to her, got angry that the cash counter machine would not work and was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I am so thankful that I took this deposit as my husband would have been devastated. I tried to call the bank and speak to the manager but the branch refused to answer their phone. I am now writing this review in hopes that someone will educate Ms Cara on how to professionally treat your customers and what true customer service entails. I suggest you take a lesson from anyone at Regions Bank or Wells Fargo as they truly respect their customers and exemplify what true customer service is.

Shout out to Claire for helping me with a tedious request. Given the amount of detail provided and needing to process each item individually, she was able to work through it very efficiently. Even with her needing to pause to help other customers, everything was exceptional. Overall excellent experience!

10/12/22 430pm: Enter this branch to have documents notarized. I was informed that the notary had left early. I was also informed by the teller that the notary would be there on the following day.10/13/22 12pm: Returned to this branch to have documents notarized. Was informed by the same person who the previous day had told me a notary would be present informed me that once again the notary had left early.The documents I needed notarized required a witness. And it was highly inconvenient and disappointing to secure a witness, confirm a notary should be on the premises, then learn the dishonesty of the staff at this branch.

I'll begin by mentioning that I having to actually go inside the bank, and I conduct nearly all my banking business on the app, or at the ATM. But occasionally I have business that needs to be taken care of with a face-to-face interaction, and I have always found the employees here to be friendly and helpful. That being said, they do seem to have fewer employees here than in the past. The last several times I have been here the wait times seem to be longer, especially at the drive-thru. There are two ATMs outside and one inside. The ATM located inside offers other denominations than 20 dollar bills if you need to make a withdrawal. I have done a mortgage refinance twice here, and the mortgage department is very good. The lending advisor made the process very easy, with everything being completed online except for the closing, which took less than 30 minutes.

We just worked with the manager, John Schmidt, who was one of the kindest people, which meant a lot since we were trying to do some banking with my elderly mother who can become easily confused. He treated her with such respect and grace. He is truly a gentleman and professional.

I frequent this location several days a week because of my job. Not only do their employees park immediately by the front door, some of them as if you are disturbing them when you walk in. I'm fine with walking to the door, but I've elderly people have to park away (only one handicap) and make their way up to the door. I find that appalling when someone doesn't give that spot to an older person. That is how I was raised. Now, on to the banking issues. With Covid, most people tend to go to drive thru, including myself, when I can. Sometimes, I need a roll of coin. In over 2 years, I'm never had a problem. Now, new lady (Claire) steps in, they cannot send coin they the shoot because it gets stuck. She is the supervisor and they are doing it all wrong. Never has it been a problem before but she is the boss now, so they won't be doing it. Maybe, she is overreacting to her "title" a bit, but as a customer, both business and personal, she needs some people skills!!

This is the worse branch I have ever been to. Staff is very rude and refused to allow my fiance to put money into the account to settle an over draft issue. Only chase location that would not allow. He does this for me all.the time. I will now be closing this account amd going to another bank after 20 years Thanks for being complete Jerks to myself and my fiance
