Hi all. Today I was lucky enough to get into this bank. Amir Abbas Was the best at his job. He explained everything very well and was very polite and patient with us. Also, the girl on the translation line was very professional and kind to us. The day started brilliantly thanks to such wonderful people. We were also met in the hall by a butyful woman of Asian appearance, she was very kind to us, really wanted to help and yet did not refuse to help us. Before coming to this office, we were turned down in two others, as we always have to deal with unprofessionalism. You are the best guys! I wish you success in your career and in everything! Two external bank machines, both with dedicated lanes. Saturday AM visit lobby busy. Was hoping for lobby bank machine with multiple denomination bills but naught. Upscale decot.

Always a five-star experience at Chase Bank, especially this location. I come here most often for the ATM machine in the back of the parking lot, but there's also friendly service at the drive-through banking. One time, I pulled into the parking lot right at 5 p.m. not realizing they closed at 5. The bank teller locking up let me come inside to do a quick transaction, which I very much appreciated!

If you're shopping for a mortgage, use some caution in dealing with Chase. You're required to start the application process to get a quote. While they don't tell you this verbally, one of the statements in the various electronic forms you sign has a statement that if you don't follow through with a Chase loan, you will be billed $500. I'll take the hit for not reading the documents as closely as I should. You would think a fair company would make sure you understand this provision. If you try to resolve things through their escalation process, be advised you never get a call. They deliver a voicemail to your phone. You call the number in the voicemail and you never get that person. You end up spending a half hour with a new person explaining the situation. The cycle continues until you're worn down

Outstanding service! Numerous people were available to guide me even before arriving at the counter. All 3 people with whom I talked were SO friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to work with. It's nice to walk into a facility and feel welcome right away. There wasn't any wait so I got in and out very quickly. This will certainly be the location I use for all of my banking going forward. Very well organized and run!

Ozzy Yesinnar assisted my significant other and I last week because we were opening a joint account. We were on a time crunch due to my boyfriends lunch break and Ozzy was very considerate of that and got us in and out in under 30 minutes. I had my own personal, existing checkings and savings accounts that were college accounts and when you have a college account through Chase, the monthly fees are waived on those accounts. I had set my graduation date for college to be 2020, but my graduation date got pushed back to 2022 due to circumstances, so Ozzy suggested I close my existing accounts and open new ones with the new graduation date so that I wouldn’t have to start paying the monthly fees on my accounts this year. This was very helpful considering I’m still on a budget as a college student. He also linked my current debit card to my new checking account I was opening so I didn’t have to wait for a new one in the mail which was super convenient! A few days after I had met with Ozzy, I was having issues on my end with my old accounts not closing and when I contacted Ozzy, he took care of it right away and followed up with me via email and a phone call when they were officially closed. If you are ever going to this Chase location, definitely ask for Ozzy!
