Carmel Welding is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a Cub Cadet provider/servicer in Carmel, IN. Will Matatall and the staff at Carmel Welding have been great to work with. I bought a new riding mower from them a couple years ago and they have taken care of me ever since. Whether it has been Cub Cadet warranty work or general maintenance, they are great to work with and I highly recommend them!

Had a belt break on my mower yesterday while cutting. I called Will at Carmel Welding and he told me to bring it over and they got fixed and we were able to pick it up same day. Incredible service

I needed a warranty part for my mower and ask Will if I could take the part and install it myself vs the hassle of loading it and hauling it in.
Will happily supplied the part at no cost and I was on my way home in minutes.

There were 12 posts supporting a wrought iron fence on a wall at the entrance of our HOA Community. Seven were in various stages of corrosion at the base of the fence, where they met the wall. Only one of eight wrought iron fence companies contacted would entertain looking at our problem to replace the posts, while the other seven only repair fences that they installed. This fence contractor withdrew due to the fence sitting on a brick wall topped with blue stone slate. Carmel Welding was contacted and they took on the job of removing one post and planning replacements, which were highly successful and at reasonable cost. Carmel Welding took on this job when eight other wrought iron fence companies refused to tackle our problem.

Our main zero turn went down and we were in a rush to get a new mower so we didn’t fall behind with our customers. Worked with John on the purchase of a new zero turn and could not be more pleased with how the process went. Got us a new mower and took our other zero turn in for warranty work. Have used them in the past for parts/welding and they have been excellent to work with every time. This buying experience just topped it all. They even gave me and my little brother Stihl hats, now I have to go here for all my Stihl Equipment! Would recommend Carmel Welding to anyone!

Avoid this place if at all possible. I had a heat shield that the 2 brackets detached from the backside and needed to be welded back in place. I called Kevin and told him that I had the 2 brackets and the heat shield he said he could do the weld no problem. When I go t there Kevin came out said it would be 100.00 which seemed a bit pricy but I needed to be able to put the shield on my motorcycle that I was selling and bit the bullet. Kevin, said it would be completed the following week. I called back the Friday, the next week and Kevin said he didn't get to it and it would probably be another week. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I called another welder who listed his service as mobile. Ye came to the house completed the job in less the. An hour and charged only 50.00.

Parts clerk is ridiculous. He waited on a person that walked in after me , which apparently was a long time customer . The parts Clerk acted as if nothing was wrong with that. What ever happened to customer service?
