Carmel Vet Clinic is the absolute best. Staff was incredible and friendly, Dr. Cloud was amazing. I spent a lot of money at a “special cat care clinic” in the area and had horrible service. I would recommend them to family, friends, anyone. More than five stars.

If you have a dog that is nervous about going to vets I would not recommend this place. They made us sedate our dog ourselves and would do his physical and then ask us to take him out the back because he was reacting negatively to the sedation and didn’t want other customers to see him. They treat dogs like animals vs family members. Lastly, they told us to keep our dog on trazodone for four years to help with anxiety. After we switched vets they told us this was extremely unhealthy to keep dogs on trazodone for long periods of time and switched him to Prozac for anxiety and he has responded great after getting off trazodone and getting on new medicine.

We cannot recommend Dr Hall enough. One of our senior dogs has been having an ongoing medical issue for 7 months that had been chalked up to a mystery. She seemed to be getting progressively worse and when we found Dr Hall she worked with us in a matter of weeks to get to the bottom of it. She never dismissed our concerns and got us into the correct hands when she was unable to provide necessary testing. She is incredibly compassionate and speaks to you as if you’re her friend. We are endlessly grateful for her support and will be going to her as long as she is in practice?

10/10 experience! Nancy, Steph, and Dr. Schulz are FANTASTIC!! I can never say anything negative about the staff. Santino (my miniature bull terrier) doesn't do well with other dogs and they always go above and beyond to ensure his safety at the Carmel Vet Clinic. I HIGHLY recommend everyone asks for Dr. Schulz because she always gives phenomenal advice and helps me with affordable products to better care for my pup ?

My family has been taking our pets here for my entire life, and now I bring my dog here. I have had a great experience with all of the providers, but today I had an exceptional experience meeting with Dr. Hall for the first time. If you’re searching for a “furever” vet for your pet, look no further. Dr. Hall is personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend her!

We switched to Carmel Veterinary Clinic from another local clinic that wasn't able to manage our senior dog with dementia. He has been thriving since we switched. The staff is so sweet and the doctors actually listen to the pet parents.

Our pup is small, but he is mighty! One thing that had us very worried when moving cities was finding a new vet for our spoiled, bratty, but the best pup. Carmel vet clinic is well educated, compassionate and patient! Trust me when I say patient! If you live or recently moved to the carmel area and need a vet, check them out!

The staff is so kind and everyone is sweet to my dog! We're there frequently for nail trims and acupuncture so I always feel a warm welcome when we're there! Dr. Lee has been awesome with helping my dog recover from TPLO surgery

I'll preface this review with the doctors are great and both the Allisonville and Brookschool locations are great. However, on two separate occasions for both of my dogs, I called the day after with serious concerns about my dogs and felt that my concerns were dismissed. My first dog, I was told to call if his condition got worse because it was important for him to be seen and they first dismissed my concerns about him being seen, I called again and they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. I called the Allisonville location after that and they set up an emergency appointment for me. My other dog was sedated and I called the next day because he was not acting well. They said they'd talk to the doctor and call me back. Over an hour later and close to close I had no follow up, I called the Allisonville location and they gave me some instructions and promptly set up an appointment for him to be seen. Lengthy review but I wanted to make it known that my dogs were in need of being checked on and Carmel didn't set up appointments for them nor did they do anything to ease my mind that my dogs were okay.
